The project entitled “Establishment of a recreational and cultural centre in Konopki Jałbrzyków-Stok” is a revitalisation task in terms of changing the purpose of the municipal facility after the liquidated Primary School in Konopki Jałbrzyków-Stok on plot no geod. 151/6, area 0021 Konopki Jałbrzyków Stok on an object performing recreational and cultural functions. The project includes the implementation of tasks: 1 Construction works 2 Equipment 3 Sanitary installations 4 Electrical installations 5 Supervision inspector The general objective of the project is to improve the quality of life of residents and increase social and civic activity through access to modern infrastructure for the purposes of culture, sport, recreation and integration of the local community. The detailed objective of the study is the adaptation and renovation of the rural common room in Konopki Jałbrzyków-Stok. The following indicators will be achieved as a result of the project: Number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas — 1 pc. Area of revitalised areas — 0.02 ha Increase in the number of people using revitalised areas — 100 persons/year The project’s target groups are: — residents of both the village Konopki Jałbrzyków-Stok, in which the investment will be located and the entire Zambrów Commune, regardless of age, gender, etc. The cultural and recreational offer, which will be possible thanks to the implementation of the project, will be addressed to each member of the local community without exception, — a special target group within the project will be people disadvantaged from the Zambrów Commune, i.e. people and families at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The applicant assumes that VAT is eligible expenditure. The project is not covered by public aid. A project is not a revenue-generating project. Projekt pod nazwą „Utworzenie centrum rekreacyjno - kulturalnego w miejscowości Konopki Jałbrzyków-Stok” jest zadaniem rewitalizacyjnym w zakresie zmiany przeznaczenia obiektu gminny po zlikwidowanej Szkole Podstawowej w miejscowości Konopki Jałbrzyków-Stok na działce nr geod. 151/6, obręb 0021 Konopki Jałbrzyków Stok na obiekt pełniący funkcje rekreacyjno – kulturalne. Projekt obejmuje realizację zadań: 1 Roboty budowlane 2 Wyposażenie 3 Instalacje sanitarne 4 Instalacje elektryczne 5 Inspektor nadzoru Celem ogólnym projektu jest poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców oraz wzrost aktywności społecznej i obywatelskiej poprzez dostęp do nowoczesnej infrastruktury na cele kultury, sportu, rekreacji i integracji lokalnej społeczności. Celem szczegółowym opracowania jest adaptacja i remont obiektu świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Konopki Jałbrzyków-Stok. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki: Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na zrewitalizowanych obszarach – 1 szt. Powierzchnia zrewitalizowanych obszarów – 0,02 ha Wzrost liczby osób korzystających z rewitalizowanych terenów – 100 os./ rok Grupami docelowymi projektu są: - mieszkańcy zarówno wsi Konopki Jałbrzyków-Stok, w którym zlokalizowana będzie inwestycja jak i całej Gminy Zambrów, bez względu na wiek, płeć itp. Oferta kulturalna i rekreacyjna, której realizacja będzie możliwa dzięki realizacji projektu, będzie skierowana do każdego bez wyjątku członka lokalnej społeczności, - szczególną grupą docelową w ramach projektu, będą osoby defaworyzowane z terenu Gminy Zambrów, tj. osoby oraz rodziny zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Wnioskodawca zakłada, iż VAT jest wydatkiem kwalifikowany. Projekt nie jest objęty pomocą publiczną. Projekt nie jest projektem generującym dochód. Projekt jest realizowany na obszarze zamieszkiwania do 5 tys.Osób. W 2013r. na terenie m. Konopki Jałbrzyków-Stok zamieszkiwałyo 133 osoby. (Polish)
