The subject of the project is the implementation of a package of e-services made available to users within the platform-portal. The project will enable, among others, submission of applications, declarations, obtaining certificates or paying appropriate fees. The project will provide 7 e-services (3 maturity grade 3 and 4 with at least 4 maturity). The material scope of the project includes the necessary supplies of IT equipment and licenses, implementation and training services, promotion of the project. The implementation of the project will allow for the automation of a number of repetitive activities, which are currently carried out manually and engaging the person on both sides of the transaction. The designed portal, together with the e-services provided, will be designed to meet the requirements of WCAG 2.1. All ICT systems as part of the project will be implemented in accordance with the requirements for interoperability resulting from the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 12 April 2012 on the National Framework for Interoperability, minimum requirements for public registers and exchange of information in electronic form, and minimum requirements for ICT systems (Journal of Laws No. U. of 2017, item. 2247). The methods of authenticating users based on the National Node will be used. The services will be designed in a user-oriented way and will be available on mobile devices. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie pakietu e-usług udostępnionych użytkownikom w ramach platformy-portalu. Projekt umożliwi m.in. składanie wniosków, deklaracji, uzyskiwanie zaświadczeń, czy wnoszenie stosownych opłat. W ramach projektu udostępnionych zostanie 7 e-usług (3 o stopniu dojrzałości 3. oraz 4 o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 4.). Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje niezbędne dostawy sprzętu informatycznego i licencji, usługi wdrożeniowe i szkoleniowe, promocję projektu. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na automatyzację szeregu powtarzalnych czynności, które obecnie realizowane są w sposób manualny i angażujący człowieka po obu stronach transakcji. Projektowany portal wraz z dostarczanymi e-usługami będzie zaprojektowany w sposób zapewniający spełnienie wymagań WCAG 2.1. Wszystkie systemy teleinformatyczne w ramach projektu będą wdrażane zgodnie z wymaganiami dotyczącymi interoperacyjności wynikającymi z Rozporządzenia Rady Ministrów z dnia 12 kwietnia 2012 r. w sprawie Krajowych Ram Interoperacyjności, minimalnych wymagań dla rejestrów publicznych i wymiany informacji w postaci elektronicznej oraz minimalnych wymagań dla systemów teleinformatycznych (Dz. U. z 2017 r., poz. 2247). Wykorzystane zostaną metody uwierzytelniania użytkowników w oparciu o Węzeł Krajowy. Usługi zaprojektowane zostaną w sposób zorientowany na użytkownika i dostępne będą na urządzeniach mobilnych. (Polish)
