The main objective of the project is to improve the skills and quality of practical education and to better adapt to the needs of the labour market among 62(7K, 55M) pupils and 4 (2K,2M) teachers of vocational training in the Technical School Complex in Suwałki taking part in internships and additional specialist activities at employers and higher education in the period up to 10.2023. Target group: — 62 students of the Technical School in ZST in Suwałki: t.graphics and digital printing, t. mechanics, t. mechatronics, t. automation, t. construction, t. ICT, installation and finishing works, mechanic — assembler of machines and equipment. — 4 teachers (2K,2M) of vocational training employed at the ZST in Suwałki. The main results of the project will include: increasing professional skills and competences by 62 pupils, increasing professional skills and competences by 4 teachers, increasing employability and a better career perspective, increasing motivation for further participation in education or training, acquiring new work experience and skills in the working environment, enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education and training and labour market mobility, including adapting vocational education to market needs. The main tasks: —professional traineeships for 42 pupils and apprenticeships for 4 teachers/teachers, -laboratory classes for 20 students at a university, -additional specialist classes for 10 students at one of the largest entrepreneurs in Podlasie voivodeship in the mechanical and printing industry, -modification of 2 curricula in existing directions: graphic & Digital Printing Technique, Mechanical Technique. Students will be able to use several forms of support. The above tasks result from the problems contained in the diagnosis of the Suwałki Technical School Complex accepted and approved in 2019. Głównym celem projektu jest podniesienie umiejętności i jakości kształcenia praktycznego oraz lepsze dostosowanie do potrzeb rynku pracy wśród 62( 7K, 55M) uczennic/uczniów i 4 (2K,2M) nauczycielek/nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego w Zespole Szkół Technicznych w Suwałkach biorących udział w stażach i dodatkowych zajęciach specjalistycznych u pracodawców oraz na uczelni wyższej w okresie do 10.2023r. Grupa docelowa: - 62 uczennic/ów Technikum w ZST w Suwałkach: t.grafiki i poligrafii cyfrowej, t. mechanik, t. mechatronik, t. automatyk, t. budownictwa, t. teleinformatyk, monter zabudowy i robót wykończeniowych, mechanik - monter maszyn i urządzeń. - 4 nauczycielek/li (2K,2M) kształcenia zawodowego zatrudnionych w ZST w Suwałkach. Do głównych rezultatów projektu zaliczymy: zwiększenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych przez 62 uczennic/ów, zwiększenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych przez 4 nauczycielek/li, zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie i lepsza perspektywa kariery, zwiększenie motywacji do dalszego uczestnictwa w kształceniu lub szkoleniu, nabycie przez uczniów nowych doświadczeń zawodowych i umiejętności w środowisku pracy, zwiększanie atrakcyjności kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego oraz mobilności na rynku pracy, w tym dostosowanie edukacji zawodowej do potrzeb rynku. Główne zadania: -staże zawodowe dla 42 uczennic/uczniów oraz staże zawodowe dla 4 nauczycielek/nauczycieli, -zajęcia laboratoryjne dla 20 uczniów na uczelni wyższej, -dodatkowe zajęcia specjalistyczne dla 10 uczniów u jednych z największych przedsiębiorców w województwie podlaskim w branży mechanicznej i poligraficznej, -modyfikacja 2 programów nauczania na kierunkach istniejących: technik grafiki i poligrafii cyfrowej,technik mechanik. Uczniowie będą mogli skorzystać z kilku form wsparcia. Powyższe zadania wynikają z problemów zawartych w diagnozie Zespołu Szkół Technicznych w Suwałkach zaakceptowanej i zatwierdzonej w 2019r. przez organ prowadząc (Polish)
