The main objective of the project. “Renewable energy sources in the commune of Rzeczyca — edition II” is: increasing the production of energy from renewable sources and reducing the use of conventional energy sources in the commune of Rzeczyca, resulting in an improvement of the natural environment. The target group is the owners of properties on the territory of which the RES infrastructure was installed — a total of 120 people and indirectly all residents of the municipality and the Łódzkie Voivodeship. The implementation of the project includes the following tasks: 1. Preparation of the project: 1.1 Development of application documentation — feasibility study, PFU. 1.2 Development of technical documentation — doc. technical in the formula design build. 2. Installation and assembly works: purchase and installation of RES installations: photovoltaic panels on the territory of the private property of the inhabitants of the municipality — number of installations 39 pcs., -air heat pumps — 11 pcs. 3. Indirect costs: 3.1 Project management — project management, investor supervision. 3.2 promotion of the project — information and memorial board, posters, stickers. Total power of the equipment used: 0.436 MW including 0.28 MWe photovoltaic panels and 0.15 MW heat pumps. Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (environmental effect) in the project: 257.91 tonnes/equivalent of CO2 equivalent. The financial value of the project is PLN 1 712 190.60. Within the own resources of the applicant’s budget, the amount of PLN 236 073.00 was secured, representing 15 % of the eligible costs, and PLN 138 370.60 covering all ineligible costs of the project (including VAT costs). The remaining amount of expenditure, amounting to PLN 1 337 747,00 PLN 85 % of eligible costs — will be financed from EU funds. Project implementation period II 2021-II 2023. The project is ready to be implemented and funds have been secured in the municipal budget until 2023. (English) | |||

Celem głównym proj.pn. „Odnawialne źródła energii w gminie Rzeczyca- edycja II” jest: zwiększenie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych i zmniejszenie wykorzystania konwencjonalnych źródeł energii w gminie Rzeczyca, skutkujące poprawą stanu środowiska naturalnego. Grupą docelową są właściciele posesji, na terenie których zainstalowano infrastrukturę OZE- łącznie 120 osób oraz pośrednio wszyscy mieszkańcy gminy i woj. łódzkiego. Realizacja projektu obejmuje zadania: 1. Przygotowanie projektu: 1.1 Opracowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej - studium wykonalności, PFU. 1.2 Opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej – dok. techniczna w formule zaprojektuj wybuduj. 2. Roboty montażowo-instalacyjne: zakup i montaż instalacji OZE: -paneli fotowoltaicznych na terenie prywatnych posesji mieszkańców gminy – ilość instalacji 39 szt., -powietrznych pomp ciepła – 11 szt. 3. Koszty pośrednie: 3.1 zarządzanie projektem -zarządzanie projektem, nadzór inwestorski. 3.2 promocja projektu –tablica informacyjno-pamiątkowa, plakaty, naklejki. Łączna moc zastosowanych urządzeń: 0,436 MW w tym panele fotowoltaiczne o mocy 0,28 MWe i pompy ciepła o mocy 0,15 MW. Zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych (efekt ekologiczny) w projekcie: 257,91 tony/równoważnika ekwiwalentu CO2. Wartość finansowa projektu wynosi 1 712 190,60 zł. W ramach środków własnych w budżecie Wnioskodawcy została zabezpieczona kwota 236 073,00 zł, stanowiąca 15% kosztów kwalifikowalnych, oraz kwota 138 370,60 zł pokrywająca wszystkie koszty niekwalifikowalne projektu (w tym koszty podatku vat). Pozostała kwota wydatków, wynosząca 1 337 747,00 zł zł 85% kosztów kwalifikowanych- zostanie sfinansowana z funduszy UE. Okres realizacji projektu II 2021-II 2023. Projekt jest gotowy do wdrożenia, zabezpieczono w budżecie gminy środki finansowe do roku 2023. (Polish)
