The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of public utility buildings in the Nasielsk Commune. The goal will be achieved through thermal modernisation of 5 buildings, modernisation of environmentally inefficient heating systems and the use of renewable energy sources. The energy generated under the project will be used for heating and preparing domestic hot water in public buildings. On the basis of energy audits, the envisaged actions result in an improvement in the energy efficiency of buildings determined for final energy by at least 25 % in relation to the pre-project status. The projected environmental effect is, inter alia, reducing CO2 emissions from the investment option, which will decrease by 39 % in relation to the current situation, i.e. by 4 091.04 t/year (CO2 before the project — 10 442.35 t, CO2 after the project — 6 351.32 t). The project will be located in the area of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, in the Nowydworskie district, in the urban-rural municipality of Nasielsk. Stages of substantive implementation of the project: 1. Thermomodernisation of the building OSP Cieksyn, 2. Thermal modernisation of the building OSP Nasielsk, 3. Thermomodernisation of the building of the Primary School No. 1 in Nasielsk, 4. Thermomodernisation of the sports hall building at the Primary School in Cieksyna, 5.The modernisation of the sports hall building at the Primary School in Stare Pieścirogy. Material scope: replacement of windows and doors in buildings, insulation of walls, ceilings, roofs, floors, photovoltaic installations, installation of new heat sources, modernisation of the infrastructure of c.w.u and c.o. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej na terenie Gminy Nasielsk. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez termomodernizację 5 budynków, modernizację nieefektywnych ekologicznie systemów grzewczych oraz zastosowanie odnawialnych źródeł energii. Energia wytworzona w ramach projektu wykorzystywana będzie do ogrzewania i przygotowania ciepłej wody użytkowej w budynkach użyteczności publicznej. Na podstawie audytów energetycznych przewidziane działania skutkują poprawą efektywności energetycznej budynków określonej dla energii końcowej o co najmniej 25% w odniesieniu do stanu sprzed realizacji projektu. Prognozowany efekt ekologiczny polega m. in. na zmniejszeniu emisji CO2 wytwarzanej w wariancie inwestycyjnym, która zmaleje o 39% w odniesieniu do stanu obecnego, tj. o 4 091,04 t/rok (CO2 przed projektem – 10 442,35 t, CO2 po projekcie – 6 351,32 t). Projekt będzie zlokalizowany na obszarze województwa mazowieckiego, w powiecie nowodworskim, w gminie miejsko-wiejskiej Nasielsk. Etapy rzeczowej realizacji projektu: 1. Termomodernizacja budynku OSP Cieksyn, 2. Termomodernizacja budynku OSP Nasielsk, 3. Termomodernizacja budynku Szkoły Podstawowej nr 1 w Nasielsku, 4. Termomodernizacja budynku Hali sportowej przy Szkole Podstawowej w Cieksynie, 5.Termomodernizacja budynku Hali sportowej przy Szkole Podstawowej w Starych Pieścirogach. Zakres rzeczowy: wymiana okien i drzwi w budynkach, ocieplenie ścian, stropów, dachów, podłóg, instalacje fotowoltaiczne, instalacja nowych źródeł ciepła, modernizacja infrastruktury c.w.u oraz c.o.
