This project will improve:5 services by raising to maturity level 5 personalisation and new services will be made available:4 services at maturity level 5 personalisation4 services at maturity level 4 transactions8 services at maturity level 3 bilateral interactionThe project also envisages the implementation of 4 new IT solutions in the administration: Geoportal GISPortal Employee Data Leakage Protection System DLPPlatform of packaged voice transmission in the project will be created as a public service centre portal will provide the following groups: public; personalised information for specific entities and citizens made available after authentication.The aim of the project is to improve the e-services in the field of eGovernment and to increase access to digital public services online for both A2C citizens and A2B entrepreneurs.
