Project.realiz.in the period III 2021-VI 2022 in selected municipalities of the province.mazowieckie,t.mum below the threshold of disadvantage.determined in the Mazowiecki barometer of poverty and exclusion.Support in projects covered by 100 adults (60 K,40 M), who live in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in the area of the above-mentioned communes, at risk of poverty or social exclusion 100 % of UP constitute a person experiencing multiple exclusion.15 %-OzN. The aim of the project is to increase the social activity of at least 80 % of the 100 participants of the project. i.e. adults (60 K,40 M) at risk of poverty or exclude from the population living in the Mazowieckie voivodship in the areas of communes below the threshold of disadvantages by increasing the potential of the community and the above-mentioned participants by extending them to a comprehensive path of reintegration (activity of social integration, competition and education) during the period 01.03.2021-30.06.2022. Support for each UP takes place on the basis of a reintegration path and a contract similar to a social contract.-in project work.100 IŚR and signature.100 contracts similar to the social contract.[KD1] In the project activities in the area of active social integration, the above-mentioned risks of poverty or social exclusion, as a result of which there will be permanent inclusion of the community and increase the employability of UP, will be implemented as part of the following tasks: 1.Diagnosis indiwid.syt.spol.sw.UP together with the development of the Individual Reintegration Path 2.Active integration of a social character-support in the development of personal and social competences. 3.Active integration of the above-mentioned nature-support in the effective functioning of the labour market 4.Active integration of the above-mentioned nature-support in the development of qualifications and competences necessary on the labour market 5.Active integration of the above-mentioned nature in the development of experience necessary on the labour market. The results of the project: •acquisition of employment by min.30 UP • Acquisition of qualifications or acquisition of competence by min.80 UP •Effective rate of joint-min.-min.34 %(for all UPs) •Employment efficiency ratio-min.12 % for OzN and min.25 % for after (English) | |||||||||||||||

Proj.realiz.w okresie III 2021-VI 2022 na terenie wybranych gmin woj.mazowieckiego,tj.gmin poniżej progu defaworyz.określ.w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wykluczenia.Wsparciem w proj.objętych 100 os.dorosłych (60 K,40 M),które zamieszkują w woj.mazowieckim na terenie ww.gmin,zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.100% UP stanowią os.doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia,15%-OzN. Celem gł.proj.jest podniesienie aktywności społ.-zaw. min.80% spośród 100 uczestników proj.,tj.os.dorosłych (60 K,40 M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.,zamieszkujących w woj.mazowieckim na obszarach gmin poniżej progu defaworyz.poprzez zwiększenie potencjału społ.i zaw. uczestników i uczestniczek proj.dzięki objęciu ich kompleksową ścieżką reintegracji (zajęcia aktywnej integracji o charakterze społ.,zawod.i eduk.) w okresie 01.03.2021-30.06.2022. Wsparcie każdego UP odbywa się na podst.ścieżki reintegracji i umowy na wzór kontraktu socjal.-w proj.oprac.100 IŚR i podpis.100 umów na wzór kontraktu socjal.[KD1] Prowadzone w proj.działania z obszaru aktywnej integracji społ.-zaw. os.zagroż.ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.,w efekcie których nastąpi trwałe włączenie społ.i zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia UP,realiz.będą w ramach kolejnych zadań: 1.Diagnoza indywid.syt.społ.-zaw.UP wraz z oprac.Indywidualnej Ścieżki Reintegracji 2.Aktywna integracja o charakterze społ.-wsparcie w rozwoju kompetencji osobistych i społ. 3.Aktywna integracja o charakterze zaw.-wsparcie w skutecznym funkcjonowaniu na rynku pracy 4.Aktywna integracja o charakterze zaw.-wsparcie w rozwoju kwalifikacji i kompetencji zaw.niezbędnych na rynku pracy 5.Aktywna integracja o charakterze zaw.-wsparcie w rozwoju doświadczenia zaw.niezbędnego na rynku pracy.
