The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over identified as at risk in the labour market and to protect existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the Leipzig district. The project is aimed at 264 people (141K,123M) unemployed aged 30 and over, registered in the PUP in Leipzig. The target group of the project will be persons belonging to at least one of the disadvantaged groups: —persons aged 50 years and over-52 persons.(21K,31M), -person with disabilities-9 persons.(5K,4M), -person long-term unemployed-86 pers.(48K,38M), -person with low qualifications-205 pers.(91K,114M), -women-141K and men between 30 and 49 years of age- 0 persons. Among the target group there will be 20 people (7K,13M), which will receive support only in the form of one-off measures for starting a business (after the use of labour market services). As part of the project, the presentation of a specific activation offer for each participant will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant (IPD). On this basis, the PLO will provide support in the form of services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. The project will be implemented in accordance with the Guidelines on the implementation of projects involving ESF funds in the area of the labour market for 2014-2020. In order to activate the above mentioned above, at least 3 cost forms of support will be implemented, whereby intermediation and/or advice will be a mandatory form of support. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP WM 2014-2020 “Increasing employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market and protecting existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak”. This project is in line with the PLO project notification card for the list of projects identified under the non-competition procedure. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej zidentyfikowanych jako zagrożone na rynku pracy i ochrona istniejących miejsc pracy w związku z epidemią COVID-19 w powiecie lipskim. Projekt skierowany jest do 264 osób (141K,123M) bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Lipsku. Grupę docelową projektu stanowić będą osoby należące do co najmniej jednej z grup defaworyzowanych: -os w wieku 50 lat i więcej–52 os.(21K,31M), -os. z niepełnosprawnościami–9 os.(5K,4M), -os. długotrwale bezrobotne–86 os.(48K,38M), -os. o niskich kwalifikacjach–205 os.(91K,114M), -kobiety–141K oraz mężczyźni pomiędzy 30 a 49 rokiem życia– 0 os. Wśród grupy docelowej będzie 20 os.(7K,13M), które otrzymają wsparcie wyłącznie w postaci jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (po uprzednim zastosowaniu usług rynku pracy). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zaw. będzie poprzedzone analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika (IPD). Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z Wytycznymi z zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020. W celu aktywizacji zaw. realizowane będą co najmniej 3 kosztowe formy wsparcia, przy czym pośrednictwo pracy i/lub porad. zaw. będą obligatoryjną formą wsparcia. Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym RPO WM 2014-2020 „Wzrost zatrudnienia osób, które zostały zidentyfikowane jako zagrożone na rynku pracy i ochrona istniejących miejsc pracy w związku z epidemią COVID-19”. Niniejszy projekt jest zgodny z kartą zgłoszenia projektu PUP do Wykazu projektów zidentyfikowanych w ramach trybu pozakonkursowego. Projekt jest zgodny z politykami horyzontalnymi, prawodawstwem krajowym i wspólnotowym. (Polish)
