The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over identified as at risk in the labour market and to protect existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Gostyn County. The target group of the project is a total of 298 people (152K,146M) aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Gostyn County, including: long-term unemployed — 98 people (54K,44M); persons aged 50 years and over — 62 persons (26K,36M), persons with disabilities — 7 persons (3K,4M), low-skilled persons — 226 people (89K,137M); women — 152 people; unemployed men aged 30-49-1 person. As part of the project, for each participant a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant (IPD). On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will provide support in the form of services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP WM 2014-2020 “Increasing employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market and protecting existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak” (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej zidentyfikowanych jako zagrożone na rynku pracy i ochrona istniejących miejsc pracy w związku z epidemią COVID-19 w powiecie gostynińskim. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 298 osób (152K,146M) w wieku 30 lat i więcej należące do grup defaworyzowanych pozostające bez pracy w powiecie gostynińskim, w tym: osoby długotrwale bezrobotne – 98 osób (54K,44M); osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej – 62 osoby (26K,36M), osoby z niepełnosprawnościami – 7 osób (3K,4M), osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach - 226 osób (89K,137M); kobiety – 152 osoby; bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat – 1 osoba. W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona będzie analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika (IPD). Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizował będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym RPO WM 2014-2020 „Wzrost zatrudnienia osób, które zostały zidentyfikowane jako zagrożone na rynku pracy i ochrona istniejących miejsc pracy w związku z epidemią COVID-19” (Polish)
