Thermomodernisation of 3 public utilities in the Załuski Commune stage 3
Property / summary | |||||||||||||||
The project is aimed at reducing emissions of CO2 pollutants into the atmosphere through a comprehensive thermo-modernisation of 3 pcs of public buildings, including the replacement of heating devices with the use of RES FOOTOWOLTAICS and HEAT POMP, in connection with the idea of environmental protection and increasing energy efficiency in the public sector. The project concerns deep thermal modernisation and replacement of outdated and non-organic heating equipment in public buildings in the Załuski Commune. The project uses the legally required type of boilers complying with the principles of ecodesign so as to achieve the best possible energy effect while maintaining the profitability of the investment. All listed heating installations will be characterised by compliance with the standards expressed in Resolution No 162/17 of the Mazowieckie Regional Parliament of 24 October 2017 on the introduction of restrictions and prohibitions on the operation of installations in which fuel combustion takes place in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. Therefore, the project directly refers to the anti-smog resolution by meeting all legal requirements related to ecodesign. The replacement of heating equipment is eligible for support as a significant reduction of CO2 has been ensured for existing installations (by at least 30 % in the case of a change in combustion fuel). As investments in this area are of a long-term nature, the project complies with EU rules. The heating appliances included in the design will meet the minimum energy efficiency and pollutant emission standards set out in the implementing measures of Directive 2009/125/EC of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-related products (applicable from the end of 2020). As a result of the project, the CO2 reduction rate of tonnes/year will be 13 (English)

W wyniku realizacji projektu Stopień redukcji CO2 tony/rok wyniesie 13 (Polish)
