The submitted Project takes into account investment activities, the scope of which will include fully justified thermomodernisation works together with the modernisation of the electrical installation and the ecologically and economically inefficient central heating installation in the building of the Voluntary Fire Service Fire Service, located in msc. Małowidz, owned by the Applicant — Unicorn Municipality. All investment activities planned under the project are justified by the technical condition of the facility, which is described in the attached Energy Audit, which at the same time contains the optimal option for the range of thermomodernisation works, which will ultimately allow to improve the energy efficiency of the building — reducing the property’s energy demand and minimising the level of pollutant emissions to the environment — which is at the same time a direct objective assigned to the project. According to the calculations presented in the Audit, the recommended works will improve the energy efficiency of the facility (for final energy) by 89.4 %. In addition, the greenhouse gas emission reduction will be 93.03 % [estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions 121.57 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year]. The activities planned under the Project show direct compliance with the provisions of the Low-Emission Economy Plan for Unicorn Municipality and the guidelines and objectives of the ROP WM. The project has been prepared taking into account the relevant provisions and procedures for environmental impact assessment, sustainability, mitigation and resilience to climate change, and shall be consistent with the principles of universal design, equal opportunities and non-discrimination by ensuring the same principles of exploitation of its effects for all interested users as far as possible. Przedkładany Projekt uwzględnia działania inwestycyjne, zakres których obejmował będzie w pełni uzasadnione prace termomodernizacyjne wraz z modernizacją instalacji elektrycznej oraz nieefektywnej ekologicznie i ekonomicznie instalacji centralnego ogrzewania w budynku remizy Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej, zlokalizowanym w msc. Małowidz, właścicielem którego jest Wnioskodawca - Gmina Jednorożec. Wszystkie działania inwestycyjne zaplanowane w ramach przedsięwzięcia są uzasadnione stanem technicznym obiektu, który został opisany w załączonym Audycie energetycznym, zawierającym równocześnie optymalny wariant dla zakresu prac termomodernizacyjnych, które finalnie pozwolą na poprawę efektywności energetycznej budynku - ograniczając zapotrzebowanie nieruchomości na energię oraz minimalizując poziom emisji zanieczyszczeń do środowiska naturalnego – co równocześnie jest celem bezpośrednim przypisanym do przedsięwzięcia. Zgodnie z wyliczeniami zaprezentowanymi w Audycie, rekomendowane do przeprowadzenia prace pozwolą na poprawę efektywności energetycznej obiektu(dla energii końcowej) o 89,4%. Ponadto, wartość redukcji poziomu emisji gazów cieplarnianych, wyniesie 93,03% [szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych 121,57 ton równoważnika CO2/rok]. Działania zaplanowane w ramach Projektu wykazują bezpośrednią zgodność z zapisami Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Jednorożec oraz wytycznymi i celami RPO WM. Przedsięwzięcie przygotowane zostało z uwzględnieniem właściwych przepisów i procedur dot. oceny oddziaływania na środowisko, zrównoważonego rozwoju, łagodzenia i odporności na zmiany klimatu, a także jest spójne z zasadami uniwersalnego projektowania, równości szans i niedyskryminacji poprzez zapewnienie takich samych zasad korzystania z jego efektów dla wszystkich zainteresowanych użytkowników w możliwie najszerszym zakresie.
