The aim of the project is to thermomodernise the public utility building, i.e. the village centre located on the land of Milew, Kałuszyn, on a plot with ewid number. 317/2. The implementation of the project will reduce the costs of heating, as well as increase the comfort of residents and the protection of the natural environment, by reducing the consumption of fuels and electricity. The assumption of the project is to reduce the energy intensity of the building, reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, reduce air pollution in the commune, rational use of energy, which will improve the living conditions of residents and will increase the image and investment attractiveness of the municipality. As a result of the project, the general objectives will be achieved: reducing the heating costs of the building, improving the thermal comfort of the building. The project will improve air quality and increase energy savings. The scope of the project includes, among others: warming of the facility, including modernisation of the building’s external partitions (external walls, floors, rooftops, warming and replacement of floors, replacement of windows and external doors, modernisation of the heating system — eligible cost. Other work — the cost of nk. The target group is the inhabitants of Milew and the neighbouring towns of Kałuszyn. The project will be covered by a ground floor building made in years. The 80s of the 20th century in the traditional technology of the economic method. Material scope of the project: floor warming on the ground- flooring, warming of external walls, warming of rooftops, replacement of windows and external doors, modernisation of the heating system — replacement of electric heaters. Celem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej tj. świetlicy wiejskiej położonej na gruntach m. Milew, gm. Kałuszyn na działce o nr ewid. 317/2. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na zmniejszenie kosztów ogrzewania, jak również podniesie komfort mieszkańców oraz ochrony środowiska naturalnego, poprzez zmniejszenie zużycia paliw i energii elektrycznej. Założeniem projektu jest obniżenie energochłonności budynku, ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery, zmniejszenie zanieczyszczenia powietrza na terenie gminy, racjonalne wykorzystanie energii co przełoży się na poprawę warunków życia mieszkańców i spowoduje poprawę wizerunku i wzrost atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej gminy. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte cele ogólne: obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania budynku, poprawa komfortu cieplnego budynku. Realizowany projekt wpłynie na poprawę jakości powietrza oraz spowoduje zwiększenie oszczędności zużywanej energii. Zakres projektu obejmuje m.in.: ocieplenie obiektu w tym modernizację przegród zewnętrznych obiektu (ścian zewnętrznych, podłóg, stropodachu, ocieplenie i wymiana podłóg, wymiana okien i drzwi zewnętrznych, modernizację systemu grzewczego - koszt kwalifikowany. Pozostałe prace -koszt nk. Grupa docelowa to mieszkańcy m. Milew i ościennych miejscowości gminy Kałuszyn. Projektem zostanie objęty budynek parterowy wykonany w lat. 80-tych XX wieku w technologii tradycyjnej metodą gospodarczą. Zakres rzeczowy projektu: ocieplenie podłogi na gruncie- posadzki, ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, ocieplenie stropodachu, wymiana okien i drzwi zewnętrznych, modernizacja systemu grzewczego-wymiana grzejników elektrycznych. Działania jakie zaplanowano to m.in.: Przygotowanie dokumentacji (audyt energetyczny, studium wykonalności, audyt energetyczny ex-post), przygotowanie dokumentacji technicznej, promocja projektu, prace termomodernizacyjne, prace budowlane(elewacja, wymiana grzejników elektrycznych), nadzór budowlany nad realizacją prac budow (Polish)
