The project is a response to the difficult situation of families, which, thanks to its implementation, can significantly improve by increasing access to family support services as a result of the creation and operation of new daily support facilities for children and young people. The target group will be people at risk of poverty or social exclusion: 15 people (8K, 7M, aged 6-18) living in the Municipality of Rędzina. PURPOSE: Increasing the availability and quality of social services to prevent poverty and social exclusion. Tasks: Establishment and operation of an environmental centre, purchase and installation of equipment, purchase of didactic aids. Employment of teachers conducting classes, substantive implementation, including organisation of activities strengthening at least 2 key competences, psychological and pedagogical assistance. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na trudną sytuację rodzin, która dzięki jego realizacji może ulec znaczącej poprawie poprzez zwiększenie dostępu do usług wsparcia rodziny w wyniku utworzenia i działalności nowej placówek wsparcia dziennego dla dzieci i młodzieży. Grupą docelową będą osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym: 15 osób (8K, 7M, w wieku 6-18) zamieszkujące Gminę Rędziny. CEL: Wzrost dostępności i jakości usług społecznych zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu. Zadania: Utworzenie i funkcjonowanie świetlicy środowiskowej, zakup i montaż wyposażenia, zakup pomocy dydaktycznych. Zatrudnienie nauczycieli prowadzących zajęcia, merytoryczna realizacja, w tym organizacja działań wzmacniających minimum 2 kluczowe kompetencje, pomoc psychologiczno-pedagog. Okres: od 01.10.2021 r. do 30.06.2023 r. Miejsce: Świetlica w Rędzinach ul. Wolności 126 Rędziny w ramach Centrum Usług Społecznościowych. (Polish)
