The subject of the project is the construction of a photovolt installation with a total installed capacity of 0.252 MW (251.70 kW), the whole of the energy produced in the installations will be used for sale, installations located in: 1. GM. Włodawa, msc. Orchówek, dz No. 650/7; power to install. 17.0 kW; roof Constance 2. GM. Włodawa, msc. Orchówek, dz No. 650/4; power to install. 45.5 kW; roof Constance 3. GM. Rokitno, msc. Michałki Cologne, dz no. 3/8; power to install. 139.6 kW; stationary Constituent 4. GM. Hańsk, msc. Dubeczno, dz No. 375; power to install. 49.60 kW; the Applicant has legal titles to the above properties. In total, the installations will consist of high-efficiency photovoltaic panels installed on a steel structure, connected to inverters with an efficiency of at least 98 %. The above is presented in detail in technical projects and cost estimates. Due to the location of the installation (one of the most sunniest regions in the country) it will be able to produce a total of about 294.59 MWh of electricity during the year. The electricity generated will be used to ensure the company’s own needs, the surplus transferred to the grid. The expected lifetime of the installation is 25 years. The technology used complies with the EU ecological standards set out in the notices of the President of the PKN on the list of harmonised standards. The project will be implemented in the first half of 2021. At the date of submission of the application, the Applicant has all formal and legal documents (in accordance with Art. 29 para. 2 point 16 of the Law of Bud. Installation of photovoltaic equipment with an installed electrical output of up to 50 kW and freestanding collectors does not require notification to the competent authority or building permit) there is no risk of not implementing the project for reasons beyond the control of the Applicant. The project will be implemented in one step. As a result of the project, CO2 emissions into the atmosphere will be reduced. The implementation period is adequate to the planned elements of the project. (English)

Dubeczno, dz nr 375; moc zainstal. 49,60 kW; konstr. stacjonarna Wnioskodawca posiada tytuły prawne do powyższych nieruchomości. Instalacje łącznie będą się składać z wysokowydajnych paneli fotowoltaicznych zainstalowanych na konstrukcji stalowej, podłączonych do inwerterów o sprawności co najmniej 98%. Szczegółowo powyższe przedstawiono w projektach technicznych oraz kosztorysach. Ze względu na położenie instalacji (jeden z najbardziej nasłonecznionych regionów w kraju) będzie ona w stanie wyprodukować w ciągu roku łącznie około 294,59 MWh energii elektrycznej. Wytworzona energia elektr. będzie zużyta na zapewnienie potrzeb własnych przedsiębiorstwa, nadwyżka oddawana do sieci. Przewidywany czas eksploatacji instalacji to 25 lat. Zastosowana technologia spełnia normy ekologiczne UE określone w obwieszczeniach Prezesa PKN w sprawie wykazu norm zharmonizowanych. Projekt będzie realizowany w I połowie 2021 r. Na dzień złożenia wniosku Wnioskodawca posiada wszystkie formalno-prawne dokumenty (zgodnie z art. 29 ust. 2 pkt 16 Prawa Bud. Montaż urządzeń fotowoltaicznych o zainstalowanej mocy elektrycznej do 50 kW oraz wolnostojących kolektorów nie wymaga zgłoszenia właściwemu organowi ani pozwolenia na budowę) nie występuje ryzyko nie zrealizowania projektu z przyczyn niezależnych od Wnioskodawcy. Projekt będzie realizowany jednoetapowo. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi zmniejszenie emisji CO2 do atmosfery. Okres realizacji jest adekwatny do zaplanowanych elementów projektu. (Polish)
