The main objective of the project is to increase the chances of maintaining employment among 16 people (15K,1M) who perform parental functions by applying comprehensive actions in the form of creating and ensuring the functioning of childcare facilities for children up to the age of 3 in Galewice, Łódź Province in the period 01.04.2021-31.08.2022r. The target group in the project consists of 16 persons working, taking care of children up to the age of 3-16 persons. (15K,1M). The indicated people from the target group learn/work/residence in the area of Łódzkie Voivodeship, Galewice, within the meaning of the CC regulations. The target Gr. was determined on the basis of demographic and economic diagnosis by w-a. The project assumes the following results: increasing access to childcare facilities for children up to 3 years of age in institutional form, which will allow for a combination of private and professional life for 16 persons. (15K,1M) — return to the labour market after a break related to the birth/education of a child or maintenance of employment after leaving the scheme for 16 persons. (15K,1M) — creation of 16 new places of care for children under the age of 3 by purchasing equipment and hiring staff necessary for the functioning of the Children’s Club. Celem głównym proj. jest zwiększenie szans na utrzymanie zatrudnienia wśród 16 osób (15K,1M), które pełnią funkcje rodzicielskie poprzez zastosowanie kompleksowych działań w postaci utworzenia i zapewnienia funkcjonowania miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 na terenie Gm. Galewice, woj. łódzkie w okresie 01.04.2021-31.08.2022r. Grupę docelową w proj. stanowi 16 os.pracujących, sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3- 16 os. (15K,1M). Wskazane osoby z gr.docelowej uczą się/pracują/zamieszkują na obszarze woj.łódzkiego, gm. Galewice w rozumieniu przepisów KC. Gr. docelowa określona została w oparciu o diagnozę demograficzno-ekonomiczną zrealiz. przez w-ę. Proj. zakłada osiągnięcie następujących rezultatów: -zwiększenie dostępności do miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 w postaci instytucjonalnej, co umożliwi łączenie życia prywatnego i zawodowego dla 16 os. (15K,1M) -powrót na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymanie zatrudnienia po opuszczeniu programu przez 16 os. (15K,1M) -utworzenie 16 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 poprzez zakup wyposażenia i zatrudnienie personelu niezbędnego do funkcjonowania Klubu Dziecięcego. W celu realiz. powyższych rezultatów w-a podejmie w proj. nast. zadania: -Utworzenie nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w ramach Klubu Dziecięcego, real. w okresie IV.2021-VIII.2021 -Bieżące funkcjonowanie 16 nowoutworzonych miejsc opieki w ramach Klubu Dziecięcego, real. w okresie IX.2021-VIII.2022 (Polish)
