The main objective of the project is: "Increasing the complexity of support for the residents of the Municipality of Wieruszów requiring assistance in everyday functioning by increasing the number of places to provide care services in the place of residence, the delivery of meals and the launch of the rental of rehabilitation and care equipment in the period 1.VII.2022r.-31.VIII.2023r. In addition, 20K/2M, including 18ON — 16K/2M will benefit from the rental of rehabilitation and care equipment and 10K/2M, including 8ON- 6K/2M from the delivery of meals.Employed carers will provide services according to the individual needs of the patients.It is assumed that after the project there will be 12 places for providing care services. Cel główny projektu to:"Zwiększenie kompleksowości wsparcia dla mieszkańców Gminy Wieruszów wymagających pomocy w codziennym funkcjonowaniu poprzez wzrost liczby miejsc świadczenia usług opiekuńczych w miejscu zamieszkania, dowóz posiłków oraz uruchomienie wypożyczalni sprzętu rehabilitacyjnego i opiekuńczego w okresie 1.VII.2022r.-31.VIII.2023r.” W ramach projektu 24 mieszkańców Gminy Wieruszów 21K/3M,w tym 18 ON-16/2M potrzebujących wsparcia objętych zostanie:usługami opiekuńczymi w miejscu zamieszkania. Ponadto 20K/2M, w tym 18ON - 16K/2M skorzysta z Wypożyczalni sprzętu rehabilitacyjnego i opiekuńczego oraz 10K/2M,w tym 8ON- 6K/2M z dowozu posiłków.Zatrudnione opiekunki świadczyć będą usługi zgodnie z indywidualnymi potrzebami podopiecznych.Zakłada się, że po zakończeniu projektu istnieć będą 12 miejsca świadczenia usług opiek.,funkcjonować będzie wypożyczalnia sprzętu rehab. i opiek. oraz dowóz posiłków,w zależności od potrzeb niesamodzielnych (Polish)
