The main objective of the project: Increasing the chance of setting up and maintaining the functioning of new enterprises by 40 people aged 30 and older who are unemployed (unemployed and inactive) planning to start running business activities from the area of Kutnowski, Łęczycki, Łowicki, Skierniewice, Skierniewice, Tomaszowski and Poddębicki in the Łódź Voivodeship in the period V 2021-XII 2022. The target project is 40 pers. (21K and 19M) aged 30 and over who are unemployed (unemployment and passive included) planning to start the activity of gosp. belonging to at least one of the following groups in the most vulnerable labour market: persons in the area of 50 years, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed persons, persons with low qualifications living in districts covered by the project. The main results of the project are the acquisition of competence for setting up and running the gosp. department by 40 people and the creation of 32 new enterprises by these people. The extensive recruitment process will ensure that those people who have the best predispositions/their activities are the most likely to succeed. This selected group will then be covered by training support, which will provide UP with the necessary knowledge in running the gosp. department and preparing a good business plan. Support in the form of non-repayable grants will be awarded to people whose business plans will be best assessed and reach a predetermined point criterion. The financial bridge support will additionally provide strong support in the initial months of operations of new companies and will contribute to their sustainability in the market. Cel główny proj.: Zwiększenie szansy na założenie i utrzymanie funkcjonowania nowych przedsiębiorstw przez 40 osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy (bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo) planujących rozpocząć prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej z pow. kutnowskiego, łęczyckiego, łowickiego, skierniewickiego, m.Skierniewice, tomaszowskiego i poddębickiego w woj. łódzkim w okresie V 2021-XII 2022r. Gr. docelową proj. stanowi 40 os. (21K i 19M) w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy (bezrob. i biernych zaw.) planujących rozpocząć działalność gosp. należących co najmniej do jednej z następuj. grup znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy: osoby pow.50 r.ż., kobiety, osoby z niepełnospr., os. długotr. bezrob., os. o niskich kwalifik. zamieszkujące powiaty objęte proj. Główne rezultaty proj. to nabycie kompetencji dot. zakładania i prowadzenia dział gosp. przez 40 os. i utworzenie 32 nowych przedsiębiorstw przez te osoby. Rozbudowany proces rekrutacji zapewni, że do proj. trafią te os. które mają ku temu najlepsze predyspozycje/ich działalności rokują największe szanse powodzenia. Następnie ta wyselekcjonowana grupa zostanie objęta wsparciem szkoleniowym, które zapewni UP niezbędną wiedzę z zakresu prowadzenia dział. gosp. oraz przygotowania dobrego biznesplanu. Wsparcie w postaci bezzwrotnych dotacji zostanie przyznane os., których biznesplany zostaną najlepiej ocenione i osiągną z góry określone kryterium punktowe. Wsparcie pomostowe finansowe zapewni dodatkowo silne wsparcie w początkowych miesiącach działania nowych firm oraz przyczyni się do zwiększenia ich trwałości na rynku. (Polish)
