The main objective of the project. “Adaptation of the building at ul. 3 May 17 for the purposes of the Koluszek Museum" is to improve the attractiveness of the cultural offer in the Koluszki commune. The target group of the project are employees of MOK/persons using the cultural offer, in total 1000 pers. As a result of the project, the expected visit will increase by more than 25 %. That’s what I'm saying. Mok will visit 1000 per year. 1. Preparation of the project — doc. techn., cost 36 900, including expenditures. 855,00. The value of the item does not exceed 3.5 % of the expenditure. 2. Construction works and equipment — cost of r. 2 952 916.15, including expenditure quad. 443 000,00. The project does not envisage changing the dimensions of the building, but only its renovation and adaptation to the functions of cultures. Once the investment has been completed, the building will be fully accessible to people with disabilities. The material scope includes general renovation works, repair of damaged elements, improvement of the aesthetics of the object and change of its purpose for new purposes, i.e.: 1.Destruction of the partition walls of the building, 2.Destruction of the ceiling over the ground floor and floor, 3.Destruction of staircases., 4.Construction of structural elements. interior walls, 5.Construction of the ceiling above the ground floor, 6.Construction of the staircase., 7.lift for disabled, 8.Construction of connection: gas, water-can., energy., 9.Making of substrates inside the building, 10.Division walls, installation of internal doors, 11.Floors, ceilings — plasters, painting cladding, 12.Operation 13.Purchase of equipment — in accordance with Annex 3 to WoD. 3.Cultural and educational activities and training — cross-financing — open days and training. 24,600, including expenses. 20 000. 4. Celem głównym proj. „Adaptacja budynku przy ul. 3 maja 17 na potrzeby muzeum Koluszek” jest poprawa atrakcyjności oferty kulturalnej w gminie Koluszki. Grupą docelową projektu są pracownicy MOK/ osoby korzystające z oferty kulturalnej, łącznie 1000 os. W wyniku realizacji proj. nastąpi wzrost oczekiwanej l. odwiedzin o ponad 25%. Tj. MOK odwiedzi 1000 os/rok. 1. Przygotowanie projektu – dok. techn., koszt 36 900, w tym wydatki kwal. 855,00. Wartość zad. nie przekracza 3,5% wydatków kwal. 2. Roboty budowlane i wyposażenie - koszt zad. 2 952 916,15, w tym wydatki kwal. 443 000,00. Przedsięwzięcie nie przewiduje zmiany gabarytów budynku, a jedynie jego remont i dostosowanie do funkcji kultur. Po zakończonej inwestycji budynek będzie w pełni dostępny dla osób z niepełnosprawnością. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje ogólne prace remontowe, naprawę uszkodzonych elementów, poprawą estetyki obiektu i zmianą jego przeznaczenia na nowe cele, tj.: 1.Wyburzenie ścian działowych wewn. budynku, 2.Wyburzenie stropu nad parterem i piętrem, 3.Wyburzenie klatek schod., 4.Wykonanie elementów konstrukc. ścian wewn., 5.Wykonanie stropu nad parterem, 6.Wykonanie klatki schod., 7.Podnośnika dla niepełnospr., 8.Wykonanie przyłączy: gaz, wod.-kan., energ., 9.Wykonanie podłoży wewnątrz budynku, 10.Ścianki działowe, montaż drzwi wewn., 11.Podłogi, stropy – tynki, okładziny malowanie, 12.Zagospodarowanie terenu 13.Zakup wyposażenia – zgodnie z zał. nr 3 do WoD. 3.Działania kulturalno-edukacyjne i szkolenia - cross-financing – dni otwarte i szkolenia. koszt zad. 24 600, w tym wydatki kwal. 20 000. 4.
