The beneficiary and investor of the project is Mr. Bolesław Mostowski running a sole proprietorship under the name BMH Bolesław Mostowski. Visibility of the region’s tourist values through the construction of tourist infrastructure leading to the development of the tourism economy of the Lodzkie Voivodeship, exploiting the potential of the geographical location and the natural and cultural values of the area of the Nieborów Commune. Specific objectives: Development of the tourism economy of Lodzkie Voivodeship; Improving the image of the applicant’s activities; Increasing the tourist attractiveness of the Municipality of Nieborów; Improving the quality of the services provided by the Applicant; Expansion of the tourist infrastructure of the Municipality of Nieborów; Development of the region’s potential based on its cultural and natural qualities; Adapting the tourist offer to trends in the tourism services sector — active recreation; Increase in tourist traffic in the Municipality of Nieborów; Adapting the tourist offer to the needs of various customer groups; Promoting local culture — Informing tourists about the natural and cultural values of the area; Improving the level of interest of tourists in historic buildings in the vicinity of the facility; Expansion of tourist infrastructure, which will allow ecological access to cultural heritage in the commune of Nieborów; Introduction of innovative services on a voivodship scale. Tasks: Expansion of the hotel building; Construction of a conference and conference room; Land use; Purchase of equipment; A promotional campaign. Target groups: individual guests and groups organised from all over Poland and abroad. As a result of the project 1, the entrepreneur will receive support and a grant, 2 elements of infrastructure will be built, a promotional campaign will be carried out, 2 tourist sites will be built, which will be adapted to the needs of the disabled, employment will increase by 6 people (English) | |||||||||||||||
