The project involves the expansion of the existing banquet centre in the Ksawers Palace with the functions of renting modern office space, located at levels P2. and P3. The integration of P2 and P3 levels into service entails the need to modernise the building’s energy. For this purpose, a coal boiler room will be replaced in the building with a gas boiler, and attic insulated with a layer of mineral wool together with the necessary renovation works on the roof. Due to the fact that the office space will be located on the second and third floors of the building, it will be necessary to adapt it to the needs of people with disabilities. For this purpose, the project involves the purchase and installation of an elevator and the purchase of a schodoła. On the second level of the property, renovation works will be carried out, which will allow to adapt it and equip it as a modern office space. There will be a conference room equipped with on-line conference equipment, two closed office spaces for rent, a lounge shared space and a dining room with kitchen social facilities as well as a storage room and sanitary facilities. On the third level of the property, the project assumes the preparation of an open coworking space, equipped with individual workstations, together with a shared lounge area and sanitary facilities (for people with disabilities). The preparation of the office space for short-term and long-term leases will allow the company to earn a whole new branch of income and provide funds for the maintenance of the property itself, which is crucial for the company to avoid bankruptcy in a situation where, due to the state of the pandemic, its existing activities consisting of organising events and catering services have been virtually reduced to zero overnight. Projekt zakłada rozbudowę istniejącego centrum bankietowego w Pałacu Ksawerów o funkcje wynajmu nowoczesnej powierzchni biurowej, zlokalizowanej na poziomach P2. i P3. Włączenie do użytkowania poziomów P2. i P3. pociąga za sobą konieczność dokonania modernizacji energetycznej budynku. W tym celu w budynku wymieniona zostanie kotłownia węglowa na gazową, a poddasze docieplone warstwą wełny mineralnej wraz z wykonaniem niezbędnych prac remontowych na dachu. Z racji na fakt, że powierzchnia biurowa zlokalizowana będzie na drugiej i trzeciej kondygnacji budynku, niezbędne będzie dostosowanie go do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. W tym celu projekt zakłada zakup i montaż windy oraz zakup schodołaza. Na poziomie drugim nieruchomości wykonane zostaną prace remontowe, które pozwolą zaadoptować go i wyposażyć jako nowoczesną przestrzeń biurową. Powstanie tu sala konferencyjna wyposażona w sprzęt do konferencji w systemie on line, dwie zamknięte przestrzenie biurowe pod wynajem, lounge’owa przestrzeń wspólna oraz jadalnia z kuchennym zapleczem socjalnym oraz pomieszczeniem magazynowym i sanitariatem. Na trzecim zaś poziomie nieruchomości, projekt zakłada przygotowanie otwartej powierzchni coworkingowej, wyposażonej w stanowiska do pracy indywidualnej wraz z lounge’ową przestrzenią wspólną i sanitariatami (w dla osób niepełnosprawnych). Przygotowanie przestrzeni biurowej na cele najmu krótko i długoterminowego pozwoli spółce na zdobycie całkiem nowej gałęzi dochodów i zapewni środki na utrzymanie samej nieruchomości, co ma kluczowe znaczenie dla uniknięcia przez spółkę bankructwa w sytuacji gdy z powodu stanu pandemii , jej dotychczasowa działalność polegająca na organizacji eventów i usług gastronomicznych, została z dnia na dzień niemal praktycznie ograniczona do zera.
