The objectives of the project are to implement a new business model in order to enter new foreign markets and prepare the company to start export sales to new markets in Germany, Great Britain and Ukraine, to create the image of the company as a solid business partner offering high-quality furniture and reducing the risk of fluctuations in revenues by diversifying revenue sources from different markets. As part of the project, the company plans to implement the following implementation activities: participation as an exhibitor in international trade fair and exhibition events Meble Polska Poznań 2020 and Warsaw Home 2020, external economic missions for MEBEL International Exhibition 2020, January Furniture Show 2021, Interior Meble Kiev 2021, China International Furniture Fair Shanghai 2021, EVTEKS 2021, Maison e Objet 2021 and M.O.W. 2021 and 3 additional external missions to the territory of the target markets. The applicant will commission a complete and consistent corporate visual identification service, an advisory service for the development of draft regulations, product guarantees and other documents for the launch of the product, and an advisory service for the search and selection of potential partners in the target markets. As part of the fair and mission, the company will also commission the production of information and promotional materials. These activities are necessary to implement a new business model and prepare the company to start export sales to new foreign markets. The target group of the project are potential contractors who will establish contact with the Applicant as a result of promotional and information activities, which include individual and business customers. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles of horizontal policies of the European Union and is linked to strategies for the Łódź Voivodeship. (English)

    Cele zakładane w projekcie dotyczą wdrożenia nowego modelu biznesowego w celu wejścia na nowe zagraniczne rynki zbytu i przygotowanie firmy do rozpoczęcia sprzedaży eksportowej na nowe rynki Niemiec, Wielkiej Brytanii i Ukrainy, wykreowania wizerunku firmy, jako solidnego partnera biznesowego oferującego wysokiej jakości meble i zmniejszenie ryzyka fluktuacji przychodów poprzez dywersyfikację źródeł przychodów z różnych rynków. W ramach projektu firma planuje zrealizować następujące działania wdrożeniowe: udział w charakterze wystawcy w międzynarodowych wydarzeniach targowo-wystawienniczych Meble Polska Poznań 2020 i Warsaw Home 2020, wyjazdowe misje gospodarcze na targi MEBEL International Exhibition 2020, January Furniture Show 2021, Interior Meble Kiev 2021, China International Furniture Fair Shanghai 2021, EVTEKS 2021, Maison e Objet 2021 i M.O.W. 2021 oraz 3 dodatkowe wyjazdowe misje na terytorium rynków docelowych. Wnioskodawca zleci usługę stworzenia kompletnej i spójnej identyfikacji wizualnej firmy, usługę doradczą opracowania wzorów regulaminów, gwarancji produktowych i innych dokumentów do wprowadzenia produktu na rynek oraz usługę doradczą w zakresie wyszukiwania i doboru potencjalnych partnerów na rynkach docelowych. W ramach targów i misji firma zleci także wytworzenie materiałów informacyjno-promocyjnych. Działania te są konieczne do wdrożenia nowego modelu biznesowego i przygotowania firmy do rozpoczęcia sprzedaży eksportowej na nowe rynki zagraniczne. Grupą docelową projektu są potencjalni kontrahenci, którzy nawiążą kontakt z Wnioskodawcą w wyniku przeprowadzonych działań promocyjnych i informacyjnych, do których należą klienci indywidualni i biznesowi. Projekt będzie realizowany w zgodzie z zasadami polityk horyzontalnych Unii Europejskiej i jest powiązany ze strategiami dla województwa łódzkiego. (Polish)
