The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of environmental assistance, support and intervention services for people and families at risk of social exclusion by creating a network of Family Clubs for the above-mentioned target group in the Zielona Góra subregion. 81 people (44K and 37M) will be supported, including 20 families and 15 OzN (9K,6M). The project involves at least 50 % support for people coming from rural areas, which means that at least 41 people, including 10 families living in rural areas, will receive support. The project will be implemented in the period 1.01.2022-31.12.2022. The established Family Clubs are a response to the deficits of such support in the area concerned. As part of the project, support will be provided in the form of individual and family psychotherapy, addiction therapy, psychological counselling, workshops “School for parents”. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności do usług pomocy środowiskowej, usług wspierających i interwencyjnych dla osób i rodzin zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez utworzenie sieci Klubów Rodziny dla ww. grupy docelowej w subregionie zielonogórskim. Pomocą zostanie objętych 81 osób (44K i 37M), wśród których znajdzie się 20 rodzin oraz 15 OzN (9K,6M). Projekt zakłada wsparcie kierowane co najmniej w 50% do osób, które pochodzą z obszarów wiejskich, co oznacza, że co najmniej 41 osób, w tym 10 rodzin zamieszkujących tereny wiejskie będzie odbiorcami wsparcia. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 1.01.2022-31.12.2022. Utworzone Kluby Rodziny stanowią odpowiedź na deficyty takiego rodzaju wsparcia na przedmiotowym terenie. W ramach projektu realizowane będzie wsparcie w postaci psychoterapii indywidualnej i rodzinnej, terapii uzależnień,poradnictwa psychologicznego, warsztatów "Szkoła dla rodziców". (Polish)
