The main objective of the project is to increase respiratory capacity in at least 144 adult persons (68K/76M) from the district of Zielona Góra and Zielona Góra after having experienced Covid-19 disease, who have started rehab.respiratory so that they can take up or continue their activity, including professional activity, increase independence at the age of 65+ and improve the quality of life during and after the project. The target will be achieved from 01.07.22 to 30.06.23. Support will be granted after the COVID-19 disease (required entry in the U07.1 or U07.2) documentation in which the resulting functional defects did not disappear despite the passage of time. The project includes 144 adults (68K/76M) in the age of professional activity, living in Roz. KC/Learning/Working in Districts: M. Zielona Góra and Zielona Góra (lubuskie Voivodeship). Celem głównym proj.jest zwiększenie wydolności oddechowej u co najmniej 144 pełnoletnich os.(68K/76M)z powiatu m.Zielona Góra oraz zielonogórskiego po przebytej chorobie Covid-19, którzy rozpoczęli rehab.oddechową, tak aby mogli podjąć lub kontynuować aktywność, w tym zawodową, zwiększyć niezależność w wieku 65+ oraz poprawić jakość życia w czasie trwania proj. jak i po jego zakończeniu. Cel gł.zostanie osiągnięty od 01.07.22r.do 30.06.23r. Wsparciem zostaną objęte os.po przebytej chorobie Covid-19 (wymagany wpis w dokumentacji med.rozpoznania U07.1 lub U07.2) u których powstałe ubytki funkcjonalne mimo upływu czasu nie ustąpiły. Proj.obejmuje 144os. pełnoletnie(68K/76M) w wieku aktywności zawod., zamieszkujące w roz. KC/uczące się/pracujące na terenie powiatów: m. Zielona Góra oraz zielonogórskiego (woj.lubuskie). (Polish)
