The project “Active integration in the district of Gold Riga — stage II” is addressed to at least 280 inhabitants of the district of Złota, disabled, economically inactive, with a lack of education or with outdated professional qualifications, or who are fostered by foster care.These persons are characterised by health problems, a deficit of key psychosocial skills. The project is addressed to people of working age as well as people who, due to their age, enter the labour market. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities (often coupled) and the principle of equal opportunities between women and men. Each of the project participants will be covered by at least 3 active integration services.The project will use an improvement mechanism — architectural barriers to the accessibility of the building in which ZAZ is located will be removed. The project will be implemented through social contracts. It is assumed to achieve social performance indicators of 34 % and employment performance indicators of 12 % in the group of people with disabilities. In contrast, among learners — foster care pupils, social efficiency at the level of 34 %. We assume that at least 15 % of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion will acquire qualifications or competences after leaving the project; at least 56 % of inactive people at risk of poverty or social exclusion seek employment after leaving the project. Projekt „Aktywna integracja w powiecie złotoryjskim – etap II” adresowany jest do min. 280 mieszkańców powiatu złotoryjskiego niepełnosprawnych, niezaradnych życiowo, nieaktywnych zawodowo, z brakiem wykształcenia bądź zdezaktualizowanymi kwalifikacjami zawodowymi, bądź będących wychowankami pieczy zastępczej.Osoby te charakteryzują się problemami zdrowotnymi, deficytem kluczowych umiejętności psychospołecznych. Projekt jest adresowany do osób w wieku produkcyjnym jak i osób które z racji wieku wchodzą na rynek pracy. Projekt realizowany będzie z zachowaniem zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami (często sprzężonymi) oraz zasady równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn. Każdy z uczestników projektu objęty będzie min. 3 usługami aktywnej integracji.W ramach projektu zastosowany zostanie mechanizmu usprawnień - zostaną zlikwidowane bariery architektoniczne w zakresie dostępności budynku w którym mieści się ZAZ. Projekt będzie realizowany za pomocą kontraktów socjalnych. Zakładane jest osiągnięcie wskaźników efektywności społecznej na poziomie 34 % oraz wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 12 % w grupie osób niepełnosprawnych . Natomiast wśród osób uczących się - wychowanków pieczy zastępczej efektywność społeczna na poziomie 34 %. Zakładamy że:co najmniej 15% osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym uzyska kwalifikacje lub nabędzie kompetencje po opuszczeniu projektu; – co najmniej 56% osób biernych zawodowo zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poszukuje pracy po opuszczeniu projektu.
