The subject of the project is an investment enabling the diversification of the activities of IRENEUSZ ZARĘBSKI. So far, the company operates in the catering industry, offers catering services, but also organises receptions, weddings, communions, events, mainly in the district of ÅÃ3wów. The company operates catering facilities (restaurants) in Brzeg Dolny and Wołów. When a total ban on activities of a specific type was introduced in March 2020, including the catalogue of activities subject to a total ban on operating activities, gastronomy (prohibition of activities consisting of preparing and serving meals and beverages to guests sitting at tables) the Applicant began to look for new opportunities to diversify sources of revenue. On the basis of market analyses, the Applicant decided to invest in a new area of activity — physiotherapy services. As part of the investment, the Applicant plans to purchase: — cryotherapy devices, — hyperbaric chamber. Purchased long-lasting products are necessary to carry out the project and diversify existing activities. The investment will provide the company with a new, unavailable source of revenue. The new area of activity will involve reaching new audiences, including individual customers, but also the fingers of health care, gym, wellness and fitness centers. In recent months, cryotherapy has become very popular as a method of strengthening the immune system and the body that helps prevent viruses, infections and colds, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is also appreciated among SPA owners, wellness centers, fitness center, rehabilitation centers, private clinics, hospitals, medical centers. In preparation for the implementation of new services, an analysis of the available equipment technologies was carried out, details are described in the material and financial schedule. Przedmiotem projektu jest inwestycja umożliwiająca dywersyfikację działalności firmy IRENEUSZ ZARĘBSKI. Dotychczas firma działa w branży gastronomicznej, oferuje usł. gastronomiczne, ale zajmuje się również organizowaniem przyjęć, wesel, komunii, eventów, głównie na terenie powiatu wołowskiego. Firma prowadzi lokale gastronomiczne (restauracje) w Brzegu Dolnym oraz Wołowie. Kiedy w marcu 2020 r. wprowadzono całkowity zakaz prowadzenia działalności określonego rodzaju, w tym katalog działalności objętych całkowitym zakazem prowadzenia działalności objął również gastronomię (zakaz prowadzenia działalności polegającej na przygotowywaniu i podawaniu posiłków i napojów gościom siedzącym przy stołach) Wnioskodawca zaczął poszukiwania nowych możliwości, które pozwoliłyby zdywersyfikować źródła przychodu. Na podstawie analiz rynku Wnioskodawca postanowił zainwestować w nowy obszar działalności - usługi w zakresie fizjoterapii. W ramach inwestycji Wnioskodawca planuje zakup: - urządzenia do krioterapii, - komory hiperbarycznej. Zakupione śr. trwałe są niezbędne do zrealizowania projektu i dywersyfikacji dotychczasowej działalności. Inwestycja zapewni firmie nowe, niedostępne dotychczas źródło przychodu. Nowy obszar działalności wiązać się będzie z dotarciem do nowych grup odbiorców, w tym klientów indywidualnych, ale także palcówek ochrony zdrowia, siłowni, centrów odnowy biologicznej oraz fitness. W ostatnich miesiącach krioterapia stała się bardzo popularna jako metoda wzmocnienia układu odpornościowego i organizmu, która pomaga zapobiegać wirusom, infekcjom i przeziębieniom, zwłaszcza podczas pandemii COVID-19. Hiperbaryczna terapia tlenowa również jest ceniona wśród właścicieli SPA, gabinetów odnowy biologicznej, centrum fitness, centrów rehabilitacji, prywatnych klinik, w szpitalach, ośrodkach medycznych.
