P.m. The “Therapeutic Engagement”, implemented in partnership by the Caritas Archdiocese of Przemyska and the Podkarpackie Academy of Entrepreneurship, consists of increasing the scope of use of IS TERAPEUIC OBIADY, developed by the Krasnostaw Association for the benefit of people with disabilities and establishing cooperation with other Stakeholders of the model, in order to develop methods of continuing this innovation after the completion of the Project. This grant project consists of providing agrantful implementation of the social innovation model TERAPEUICAL PROVISIONS and testing with the participation of WTZ Participants the project consisting of preparing and delivering meals to the elderly living near WTZ.The target group of the Project will be Recipients (older people, WTZ Participants) and users of innovation, i.e. Grantees institutions/organisations dealing with socio-professional rehabilitation ON, in particular those that run WTZ.The beneficiary will recruit to participate in the Project, 44 entities meeting the definition of Innovation Users and min. 500 Recipients of Innovation, i.e. Within P, the Beneficiary provides direct substantive/advisory/expert support in the following areas: development of a plan for the implementation of social innovation TERAPEUICAL PROVISIONS, which is an annex to the Agreement for entrusting a grant to implement a scaled innovation assessment of the effectiveness and scaling of the social innovation model TERAPEUICAL actions related to change management and preparation for the continuation of the project Therapeutic lunches in accordance with the model of developing methods of further continuation of innovation after the cessation of funding from P in the form of a framework plan for the CONTINION OF ENGINE. TERAPEUIC lunches and preparation of grantees to find and raise funds for the continuation of the SI OT model from available sources of funding. (English) | |||||||||||||||
