The main objective is to develop and implement a model of ensuring the availability of cultural institutions (IK) for persons with disabilities, thus developing and implementing a new approach to practice. In order to achieve this goal, it is envisaged to develop a framework model for accessibility with a standardised methodological approach, practical recommendations for concrete solutions and identification of participatory methods for monitoring and evaluating the level of implementation. The target group will be beneficiaries of grants — 150 IK, selected in competition mode, taking into account their maximum diversity in terms of geographical, territorial, scope of activity and size. The proposals will be assessed in an impartial manner with the participation of experts — representatives of the leader and national partners. The main results of the creation of transnational cooperation by 3 institutionsimplementation of grants for accessibility by 150 IK Increasing competence in the field of accessibility by 200 representatives IK Implementation of new solutions by 140 institutionsDeveloping and implementing 1 model of IK availability and identification of good practices, instructions and recommendations (final publication) Project tasks include Z1 Development of a model and principles of recruitment of grantees Z2 Conducting the recruitment of grantees Z3 Implementation of grants — as part of the testing of the 150 IK model, grants will be awarded for a comprehensive project including specific, measurable actions in the field of accessibility using the approach developed under the model. Celem głównym jest wypracowanie i wdrożenie modelu zapewniania dostępności oferty instytucji kultury (IK) dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, a tym samym wypracowanie i wdrożenie nowego podejścia do praktyki. Aby ten cel osiągnąć zakłada się wypracowanie ramowego modelu dostępności zawierającego ujednolicone podejście metodologiczne, rekomendacje praktyczne konkretnych rozwiązań oraz określenie uwzględniających metody partycypacyjne działań służących monitorowaniu i ocenie stopnia realizacji. Grupą docelową będą beneficjenci grantów - 150 IK, wyłonionych w trybie konkursowym, z uwzględnieniem maksymalnego ich zróżnicowania pod względem geograficznym, terytorialnym, zakresu działalności i wielkości. Wnioski zostaną ocenione w bezstronny sposób z udziałem ekspertów - przedstawicieli lidera i partnerów krajowych. Główne rezultaty tonawiązanie współpracy ponadnarodowej przez 3 instytucjerealizacja grantów na rzecz dostępności przez 150 IKpodniesienie kompetencji w zakresie dostępności przez 200 przedstawicieli IKwdrożenie nowych rozwiązań przez 140 instytucjiwypracowanie i wdrożenie 1 modelu dostępności IK oraz identyfikacja dobrych praktyk, oprac. instrukcji i rekomendacji (Publikacja końcowa)Zadania projektowe obejmują Z1 Wypracowanie modelu i zasad rekrutacji grantobiorcówZ2 Przeprowadzenie naboru grantobiorcówZ3 Realizacja grantów - w ramach testowania modelu wyłonionym 150 IK udzielone zostaną granty na kompleksowy projekt obejmujący konkretne, mierzalne działania w zakresie dostępności z zastosowaniem wypracowanego w ramach modelu podejścia. Projekty zakładać będą model partycypacyjny i włączenie w działania organizacji repr. ON lub wspólnotę lokalną. Grantobiorcy zostaną objęci wsparciem poprzez szkolenia warsztatowe, spotkania sieciujące oraz tutoring. Z4 Wdrożenie modelu - polegać będzie na weryfikacji i aktualizacji modelu po etapie testowania oraz identyfikacji dobrych praktyk oraz wypracowaniu praktycznych instrukcji i rekomendacji wz. dostępności dla IK.
