The aim of the project is to increase the availability of social services for the inhabitants of G. Bojszowy by establishing a new org unit. (CUS), which will offer services to all residents. The projector will develop and test 1 model solution for the implementation of social services in the mode of universal availability using CUS as a new org. unit, operating in the area of G. Bojszowy, created by the transformation of GOPS (type 1).The implementation of the project will contribute to the integration and development of social services responding to the diagnosed needs of the inhabitants of G. Bojszowy. The type and scope of the provided social services will be determined as part of the diagnosis of the needs of residents and the social services program. In accordance with the idea of CUS, which assumes the implementation of services in a comprehensive, personalised, integrated way, based on the coordination of the location of the service environment, a significant part of the services provided by CUS will be provided in a co-sectoral framework, including outsourced to non-governmental or social economy entities. extensive use of local resources and potentials for the community, increasing the involvement of residents in community activities, self-help and volunteering, integration of the environment and development of cooperation of active residents, groups and NGOs, building a positive image of people working for their community. the development of PW CUS together with representatives of the local community, implementation of the CUS PW, including social services and updating taking into account the conclusions of monitoring, reviewing the activities and drawing up conclusions from the implementation of the CI CUS and the development of a package of products created as a result of testing.The target group according to the SZOOP are employees of the unit, assistance and integration institutions of the community and residents of G. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności usług społ. dla mieszkańców G. Bojszowy poprzez powołanie nowej jednostki org. (CUS), która oferować będzie usł.społ. skierowane do wszystkich mieszkańców. Projektodawca opracuje i przetestuje 1 modelowe rozwiązanie dotyczące realizowania usł. społ. w trybie powszechnej dostępności z wykorzystaniem CUS jako nowej jednostki org., działającej na obszarze G. Bojszowy, powstałej przez przekształcenie GOPS (typ 1).Realizacja proj. przyczyni się do integracji i rozwoju usł. społ. odpowiadających na zdiagnozowane potrzeby mieszkańców G. Bojszowy. Rodzaj i zakres świadczonych usł. społ. zostanie określony w ramach diagnozy potrzeb mieszkańców i zdef. w programie usł. społ. Zgodnie z ideą CUS, zakładającą realizację usł. w sposób kompleksowy, spersonalizowany, zintegrowany, w oparciu o koordynację lok. środowiska usługowego, znaczna część realizowanych przez CUS usł. będzie świadczona w ramach współ. międzysektorowej, w tym zlecana do realizacji org. pozarządowym lub podmiotom ekonomii społecznej.Działania projektowe umożliwią zwiększenie dostępu do kompleksowej oferty usł. społ., szerokie wykorzystanie lokalnych zasobów i potencjałów na rzecz społeczności, zwiększanie zaangażowania mieszkańców w działania społ., samopomocowe i wolontariat, integrację środowiska i rozwój współpracy aktywnych mieszkańców, grup i organizacji pozarządowych, budowanie pozytywnego wizerunku osób działających dla swojej społeczności.Projekt realizowany będzie, zgodnie z założeniami konkursu: opracowanie PW CUS wspólnie z przedstawicielami społ. lokalnej, realizację PW CUS, w tym usł. społ. i aktualizację uwzględniającą wnioski z monitoringu, przegląd działań i wypracowanie wniosków z realizacji PW CUS oraz opracowanie pakietu produktów powstałych w wyniku testowania.Gr. docelową zgodnie z SZOOP, stanowią pracownicy jst, instytucji pomocy i integracji społ. oraz mieszkańcy G.
