Property / summary
 
The main objective of the project is to increase the employment level of 352 persons with disabilities (OZN) above 18 years old. (including 212 women-K), residents within the meaning of the CC in the Pomeranian, West Pomeranian, Kujawsko-Pomeranian, Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodships, through the implementation of individual and comprehensive activation of the above mentioned above planned in the project during the 28-month period (from 1.03.2021 to 30.06.2023), as well as by taking actions aimed at bringing and maintaining employment by OzN.At least 40 % of project participants will come from rural areas, which will improve the situation of identified people in often marginalised areas.The support of project participants will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of documentation at the selection. An Individual Action Plan will be developed for each participant of the project. Support will take into account the assessment of health status in the context of the possibility of taking up professional activity. On the basis of the analysis, the participant will be offered appropriate forms of support in the project (minimum two). Actions will be implemented in accordance with the standards set out in the Annex to the selection documentation and in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving ESF resources in the labour market for the years 2014 2020.The participants will be offered instruments for which no standards have been developed in the selection documentation, if required by the IPD support path. It is assumed that the unemployed participants of the project will take up employment that meets the requirements set out in the recruitment documentation and maintain them for a period of at least 3 months.In the case of persons who are unemployed at the time of joining the project, the project assumes minimum levels of employment efficiency.The beneficiary provides the possibility to benefit from the support of former project participants in the scope of social inclusion carried out under this objective. 9 in the RPO, provided that they meet the conditions set out in the access criteria for the group doc.     Celem głównym proj. jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia 352 os. z niepełnosprawnościami (OzN) powyżej 18 r.ż. (w tym 212 kobiet-K), zamieszk. w rozumieniu KC na obszarze woj. pomorskiego, zachodniopomorskiego, kujawsko-pomorskiego, warmińsko-mazurskiego, poprzez realizację indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zaw. zaplanowanej w proj.w okresie 28 m-cy (od 1.03.2021r. do 30.06.2023r.), jak również poprzez podjęcie działań zmierzających do doprowadzenia i utrzymania zatrudnienia przez OzN.Co najmniej 40% uczestników projektu będzie pochodziło z obszarów wiejskich, co wpłynie na poprawę sytuacji wskazanych osób na obszarach często marginalizowanych.Wsparcie uczestników projektu będzie prowadzone zgodnie z wymogami dokumentacji naboru. Dla każdego uczestnika projektu zostanie opracowany Indywidualny Plan Działania. Wsparcie będzie uwzględniało ocenę stanu zdrowia w kontekście możliwości podjęcia aktywności zawodowej. Na podstawie analizy uczestnikowi zostaną zaproponowane odpowiednie formy wsparcia w projekcie (minimum dwie). Działania będą realizowane zgodnie ze standardami wskazanymi w załączniku do dokumentacji naboru oraz w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014 2020.Uczestnikom zostaną zaproponowane instrumenty, dla których nie zostały opracowane standardy w dokumentacji naboru, jeżeli będzie tego wymagała ścieżka wsparcia określona w IPD. Zakłada się, że pozostający bez zatrudnienia uczestnicy projektu podejmą zatrudnienie spełniające wymogi określone w dokumentacji naboru oraz utrzymają je przez okres min. 3 miesięcy.W przypadku osób pozostających bez pracy w momencie przystąpienia do projektu, w projekcie zakłada się realizację minimalnych poziomów efektywności zatrudnieniowej.Beneficjent zapewnia możliwość skorzystania ze wsparcia byłym uczestnikom proj. z zakresu włączenia społ. realizowanych w ramach celu tem. 9 w RPO, o ile spełniają przesłanki określone w kryt. dostępu dot. grupy doc.
