The main objective of the project, consisting of the construction of PV Płock Photovoltaic Farm, is to increase the production of electricity from RES. The implementation of the project will contribute to the generation of electricity from solar energy in the amount of about 4 887.75 MWh in the first full year of operation of the power plant (in the following years, due to the consumption of the installation and the decrease in efficiency of its operation, this yield will decrease slightly year-on-year), instead of the heavy fuel oil from the distillation of oil used in the plant. This will lead to a reduction in the amount of conventional fuel currently used, thereby reducing CO2 and PM10 emissions. This investment will be located on plots no: — 23/5 (branch 0013 Kombinat) — the owner of the plot is the State Treasury, and the plot is in perpetual usufruct by PKN ORLEN, — 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 (branch 0013 Kombinat) — the land is owned by PKN ORLEN. Głównym celem projektu, polegającego na budowie Farmy Fotowoltaicznej PV Płock, jest zwiększenie produkcji energii elektrycznej pochodzącej z OZE. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z energii słonecznej w ilości około 4 887,75 MWh w pierwszym pełnym roku funkcjonowania elektrowni (w kolejnych latach, ze względu na zużycie instalacji i spadek efektywności jej działania, uzysk ten będzie nieznacznie spadał rok do roku), w miejsce dotychczas stosowanego w Zakładzie ciężkiego oleju opałowego pochodzącego z destylacji ropy. Doprowadzi to do redukcji ilości zużywanego obecnie paliwa konwencjonalnego, a tym samym ograniczenia emisji CO2 i PM10. Przedmiotowa inwestycja zlokalizowana zostanie na działkach nr: - 23/5 (obręb 0013 Kombinat) – właścicielem działki jest Skarb Państwa, a działka znajduje się w użytkowaniu wieczystym przez PKN ORLEN, - 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 (obręb 0013 Kombinat) – właścicielem działek jest PKN ORLEN.
