SA 42799(2015/X) This project consists of commissioning a R & D service aimed at developing a new product — Condition Monitoring. The goal in this area is to create a solution in the form of a toolkit for multi-channel monitoring of the work of machines and devices. They will be used to determine the level of probability of failure. They will enable both one-time, short-term registration to diagnose problems, as well as long-term monitoring to detect incidental events, enabling the determination of trends in structures and mechanical systems. Ultimately, this device will be dedicated to manufacturing industries (including: food, furniture, tires). The implementation of the project will consist of commissioning the R & D service selected during the enquiry to the research entity. It is planned to divide the research service into several tasks in order to partially receive its results: 1) Developing the sensor system; 2) Developing embedded software; 3) Developing a communication model; 4) Development of data analysis algorithms and construction of a model of vibration system; 5) System integration, demonstrator creation and testing. The direct product of the project will be a tested solution demonstrator consisting of the physical layer and software, which will be the basis for implementing product innovation in the form of a Condition Monitoring system — a solution allowing multi-channel monitoring of the work of machines and devices. SA 42799(2015/X) Niniejszy projekt polega na zleceniu usługi B+R ukierunkowanej na opracowanie nowego produktu - Condition Monitoring. Celem w tym zakresie jest stworzenie rozwiązania w postaci zestawu narzędzi do wielokanałowego monitorowania pracy maszyn i urządzeń. Będą one służyć do określenia poziomu prawdopodobieństwa wystąpienia awarii. Umożliwią zarówno jednorazową, krótkotrwałą rejestrację w celu zdiagnozowania problemów, jak i długotrwały monitoring celem wychwycenia zdarzeń incydentalnych, umożliwiających określenie trendów występujących w konstrukcjach i układach mechanicznych. Docelowo urządzenie to będzie dedykowane branżom produkcyjnym (w tym: spożywczej, meblowej, oponiarskiej). Realizacja projektu będzie polegała na zleceniu usługi B+R wybranemu w toku zapytania ofertowego podmiotowi badawczemu. Zaplanowano podział usługi badawczej na kilka zadań celem częściowego odbioru jej rezultatów: 1) Opracowanie układu czujników; 2) Opracowanie oprogramowania wbudowanego; 3) Opracowanie modelu komunikacji; 4) Opracowanie algorytmów analizy danych i budowa modelu układu drgań; 5) Integracja systemu, wytworzenie demonstratora i testy. Bezpośrednim produktem realizacji projektu będzie przetestowany demonstrator rozwiązania składający się z warstwy fizycznej oraz oprogramowania, które stanowić będą bazę do wdrożenia innowacji produktowej w postaci systemu Condition Monitoring – rozwiązania pozwalającego na wielokanałowy monitoring pracy maszyn i urządzeń.
