SA.60012(2020/X) The aim of the project will be to carry out the activities necessary to start the (production) process line for the production of the Husarya SCS stone collection machine. The project will be implemented in two stages. The first, which will be aimed at preparing the production hall for the installation of a line consisting of devices requiring electrical power. In order to meet the power demand, it will be necessary to purchase and install a transformer station with the appropriate connection. The current infrastructure does not allow the construction of a production line, as it was adapted to the individual recipient and not for industrial purposes. An additional device necessary to purchase and assemble before starting the production line is the installation of a crane, thanks to which it will be possible to transport structural elements of the machine components between subsequent production and assembly stations. On the other hand, in the second stage, a production line will be equipped, which will include equipment necessary to prepare individual assemblies of the machine for collecting stones. As part of this stage, it is planned to purchase precision lathe, milling machine, chiselling machine and metal cutter. Thanks to having a 500 m² production hall and a team of experienced employees, it is possible to start our own production line. The purchase of equipment and equipment of the production line will enable the production of an innovative machine on its own. The benefits will be both economic in nature, due to lower production costs; organizational, as more control over quality and independence from subcontractors will be ensured. In addition, control over the production process will allow for easier adaptation of production to the requirements prevailing on foreign markets (e.g. Spain, Belarus or the Czech Republic). SA.60012(2020/X) Celem projektu będzie przeprowadzenie czynności niezbędnych do uruchomienia linii technologicznej (produkcyjnej) do produkcji maszyny do zbierania kamieni Husarya SCS. Projekt będzie realizowany w 2 etapach. Pierwszym, którego celem będzie przygotowanie hali produkcyjnej do instalacji linii złożonej z urządzeń wymagających zasilania elektrycznego. Aby sprostać zapotrzebowaniu mocy konieczny będzie zakup i instalacja stacji transformatorowej wraz z odpowiednim przyłączem. Obecna infrastruktura nie pozwala na budowę linii produkcyjnej, gdyż przystosowana była do odbiorcy indywidualnego a nie na cele przemysłowe. Dodatkowym urządzeniem niezbędnym do zakupu i montażu przed uruchomieniem linii produkcyjnej jest montaż suwnicy, dzięki czemu możliwy będzie transport elementów konstrukcyjnych podzespołów maszyny pomiędzy kolejnymi stanowiskami produkcyjnymi i montażowymi. Z kolei w drugim etapie wyposażona zostanie linia produkcyjna, której skład wchodzić będą urządzenia niezbędne do przygotowania poszczególnych zespołów maszyny do zbierania kamieni. W ramach tego etapu planowany jest zakup tokarki precyzyjnej, frezarki, dłutownicy oraz przecinarki do metali. Dzięki posiadaniu w zasobach hali produkcyjnej o powierzchni 500 m2 oraz zespołu doświadczonych pracowników możliwe jest jest uruchomienie własnej linii produkcyjnej. Zakup sprzętu oraz wyposażenie linii produkcyjnej umożliwi rozpoczęcie produkcji innowacyjnej maszyny we własnym zakresie. Korzyści będą miały charakter zarówno ekonomiczny, ze względu na niższe koszty produkcji; organizacyjny, gdyż zapewniona zostanie większa kontrola nad jakością oraz uniezależnienie się od podwykonawców. Poza tym, kontrola nad procesem produkcyjnym umożliwi łatwiejsze dostosowanie produkcji do wymogów panujących na rynkach zagranicznych (np. Hiszpanii, Białorusi czy w Czechach). (Polish)
