The project envisages carrying out research and development works, developing technical documentation, as well as building a prototype of a hybrid railway vehicle, improved with power supply from energy storage tanks, which will be the basis for the installation of various types of equipment intended for the construction, diagnosis and measurement of railway infrastructure. The vehicle will have three independent power sources, i.e. the overhead line, energy storage and (emergency) generator. The maximum speed when supplied from the overhead line shall be 160 km/h. In the event of a failure, failure or failure of the network, the vehicle will be able to be powered by energy reservoirs which will be supercharged when driving with the overhead line or when stationed at the charging point. The advantage of the vehicle will be to reduce the negative impact on the environment, thanks to the ability to recover energy from the braking process, which will be stored and used to drive the vehicle, in order to extend its working time on power supply from energy storage tanks. In order to achieve the final objective of a vehicle built, tested and authorised for use on railway tracks, it is necessary to carry out the following works: — execution of R & D works (technical analyses, calculations, selection of structural components, selection of suppliers, etc.), — development of the vehicle design documentation, — design and construction of a station for testing vehicle propulsion systems, — construction of a vehicle prototype, — carrying out the necessary station tests and motor tests. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt przewiduje przeprowadzenie prac badawczo-rozwojowych, opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej, a także budowę prototypu hybrydowego pojazdu kolejowego, udoskonalonego o zasilanie z zasobników energii, który stanowił będzie bazę do zabudowy różnego typu urządzeń przeznaczonych do budowy, diagnostyki i pomiarów infrastruktury kolejowej. Pojazd będzie posiadał trzy niezależne źródła zasilania tj. sieć trakcyjna, zasobniki energii oraz (awaryjnie) agregat prądotwórczy. Prędkość maksymalna przy zasilaniu z sieci trakcyjnej wyniesie 160 km/h. W przypadku awarii sieci, jej niesprawności lub jej braku, pojazd będzie mógł być zasilany z zasobników energii, które będą doładowywane podczas jazdy z wykorzystaniem sieci trakcyjnej lub podczas postoju w punkcie ładowania. Zaletą pojazdu będzie ograniczenie negatywnego wpływu na środowisko naturalne, dzięki możliwości odzyskiwania energii z procesu hamowania, która będzie magazynowana i wykorzystana do napędzania pojazdu, w celu wydłużenia jego czasu pracy na zasilaniu z zasobników energii. Dla osiągnięcia celu finalnego jakim będzie wybudowany, sprawdzony i dopuszczony do eksploatacji na torach kolejowych pojazd, niezbędne jest zrealizowanie następujących prac: - wykonanie prac badawczo-rozwojowych (analizy techniczne, obliczenia, dobór podzespołów konstrukcyjnych, wybór dostawców itp.), - opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej pojazdu, - zaprojektowanie i wybudowanie stanowiska do prób układów napędowych pojazdu, - wybudowanie prototypu pojazdu, - przeprowadzenie niezbędnych prób stanowiskowych i badań ruchowych.
