The project assumes the development of the construction of furniture cell boards with slats and discreetly arranged cuboid reinforcing elements and automated technology of their production. It is divided into 6 stages: Stage I: The aim is to determine the impact of dimensions and discrete placement of the reinforcement elements of layered cell plates on increasing the coefficient of qualitative rigidity. Stage II: The aim is to configure the working parameters of the robot with a deviation of not more than ±1 mm; selection of adhesive properties enabling positioning of reinforcing elements with a deviation of not more than ±2.0 mm; selection of sub-optimal dimensions of the core reinforcement elements of the table working plates to ensure the expected coefficient of relative rigidity of the leg and working plate connection. Stage III: The aim is to determine the influence of the inertia of the cross section and the modulus of linear elasticity of reinforcing slats on increasing the coefficient of qualitative rigidity. Stage IV: The aim is to: configuration of the demonstration line parameters to ensure the precision of the reinforcement elements with a deviation of not more than ±1 mm; create table working plates and achieve the expected relative stiffness of the combination of legs and working plates.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt zakłada opracowanie konstrukcji meblowych płyt komórkowych z listwami i dyskretnie rozmieszczonymi prostopadłościennymi elementami wzmacniającymi oraz zautomatyzowanej technologii ich wytwarzania. Jest podzielony na 6 etapów: Etap I: Celem jest ustalenie wpływu wymiarów i dyskretnego rozmieszczenia elementów wzmacniających rdzeń warstwowych płyt komórkowych na zwiększenie współczynnika sztywności jakościowej. Etap II: Celem jest konfiguracja parametrów pracy robota z odchyłką nie większą niż ±1 mm; dobór właściwości kleju umożliwiających pozycjonowanie elementów wzmacniających z odchyłką nie większą niż ±2,0 mm; wybór suboptymalnych wymiarów elementów wzmacniających rdzeni płyt roboczych stołów zapewniających uzyskanie oczekiwanego współczynnika sztywności względnej połączenia nóg i płyty roboczej. Etap III: Celem jest ustalenie wpływu momentu bezwładności przekroju i modułu sprężystości liniowej listew wzmacniających na zwiększenie współczynnika sztywności jakościowej.
