Number_reference_aid_programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty That’s it. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014).The aim of the project is to develop process innovation in the form of a high-performance and automated ecosystem for the management of instruments and tools supported by Industry 4.0 solutions. The result of the project will be a process innovation on the scale of at least the Polish market and foreign markets. Process innovation will consist of automation, robotisation and optimisation of processes related to mechanical processing from reintroducing, machining, deburring and washing of prefabricated aluminium to the final detail to the quality control station. Automation and optimisation will also apply to processes taking place around mechanical processing, including tools management and tooling and their transport. As a result, the Applicant will be given the opportunity to achieve a number of advantages, among others in terms of more efficient and efficient implementation of unit operations, which will directly translate into maximising the use of machine tools, reducing the time and at the same time reducing the cost of changeovers or reducing the number of tool transports and tooling. The achievement of significantly improved technological process parameters will be the result of planned R & D work in the development of the concept of functioning and the combination of all critical unit operations in the machining process, as well as demonstration of technology in real-life conditions. Implementation of the results of the Project will take place by introducing the results of research and development into the Applicant’s own business activity. [...] (English) | |||||||||||||||

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. (Polish)
