Development and implementation of innovative technology for the production and application of nanostructured hybrid protective coatings on moulds and sand cores of castings weighing up to 50 Mg | |||||||||||||||
Property / summary | |||||||||||||||
The project consists of the development and implementation of an innovative technology of production and application of nanostructured protective coatings in the process of manufacturing castings weighing up to 50 Mg. The invention of a multi-layer protective coating for sand moulds and casting cores will be used to develop the new tech. The aim of the project will be achieved by carrying out R & D works. As a result, the applicant will obtain a new type of products with less cost and labour, with the importance of increased performance and extended service life. The R & D works planned for implementation will concern: — application of hybrid coatings in other elements of the mold, in which its overheating and damage may occur and the formation of nuisance in the removal of surface defects: burn, burn, soak and scabs, — producing long holes and pockets in massive castings, — producing long, slim ducts in castings and limiting the tendency to break the cores reproducing them and forming in them the mass, making it difficult to remove them from the ducts, — developing and implementing a new technology of infusion system ducts using hybrid coatings and significant reduction of currently used ceramic fittings as elements of these infusion systems, — application of hybrid coatings to reduce the formation of defective casting surfaces around external coolers and elimination of internal chargers. The results of the project will be addressed to existing and new customers. SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: art: 25 EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L 119, p. Projekt polega na opracowaniu i wdrożeniu innowacyjnej technologii wytwarzania i nanoszenia nanostrukturalnych powłok ochronnych w procesie wytwarzania odlewów o masie do 50 Mg. Do opracowania nowej tech. zostanie wykorzystany wynalazek dot. wielowarstwowej powłoki ochronnej na piaskowe formy i rdzenie odlewnicze. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty przez przeprowadzenie prac B+R. W rezultacie Wnioskodawca uzyska mniejszym nakładem kosztów i pracy nowy rodzaj produktów o znaczenie podwyższonych parametrach użytkowych i wydłużonym okresie przydatności eksploatacyjnej. Wyniki projektu zostaną skierowane do dotychczasowych i nowych klientów.
