Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Kielce. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 105 osób zarejestrowanych w MUP Kielce po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników i uczestniczek przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie MUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the city of Kielce. The main result of the project will be the employment of 105 people registered at MUP Kielce after the end of participation in the project. The project will support people over 29 years of age qualifying as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or an aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the MUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans la ville de Kielce. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 105 personnes inscrites au MUP Kielce pour occuper un emploi après la fin de leur participation au projet. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de plus de 29 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chacun des participants et participants, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, le MUP fournira des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Menschen über 29 Jahre zu erhöhen, die in der Stadt Kielce arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts sind 105 Personen, die bei der MUP Kielce registriert sind, um nach Ende ihrer Projektteilnahme eine Beschäftigung aufzunehmen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen über 29 Jahren unterstützt, die für das Hilfsprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte „Förderbedarf“) in Betracht kommen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer und jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots der beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird das MUP entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarktinstitutionen bereitstellen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor mensen ouder dan 29 jaar die werkloos zijn in de stad Kielce. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is 105 personen die bij MUP Kielce zijn ingeschreven om in dienst te treden na het einde van hun deelname aan het project. Het project zal steun verlenen aan mensen ouder dan 29 jaar die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde „vereiste steun”). In het kader van het project wordt voor elk van de deelnemers en deelnemers de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheid en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de MUP naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten aanbieden, zoals bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per le persone di età superiore ai 29 anni che sono disoccupate nella città di Kielce. Il risultato principale del progetto sarà di 105 persone iscritte a MUP Kielce per assumere un posto di lavoro dopo la fine della loro partecipazione al progetto. Il progetto sosterrà le persone di età superiore ai 29 anni ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto disoccupati attivi) o al profilo di aiuto II (cosiddetto "richiesto di sostegno"). Nell'ambito del progetto, per ciascuno dei partecipanti e partecipanti, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante interessato. Su tale base, la MUP fornirà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati, come indicato nella legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo para las personas mayores de 29 años que están desempleadas en la ciudad de Kielce. El principal resultado del proyecto será 105 personas inscritas en el MUP Kielce para acceder al empleo una vez finalizada su participación en el proyecto. El proyecto apoyará a las personas mayores de 29 años que puedan optar al perfil de ayuda I (denominados desempleados activos) o al perfil de ayuda II (denominado «necesario de ayuda»). En el marco del proyecto, para cada uno de los participantes y participantes, la presentación de una oferta específica de activación profesional irá precedida de un análisis de las competencias, aptitudes y problemas profesionales del participante en cuestión. Sobre esta base, la MUP proporcionará servicios e instrumentos del mercado de trabajo debidamente seleccionados, como se menciona en la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral.
