Проектът определя като основна стратегическа цел "Увеличаване на използването на възобновяеми енергийни източници и намаляване на емисиите на замърсители на въздуха в община Leżajsk, чрез инсталиране на 950 в жилищни помещения до края на 2018 г. — 1 213 блока. â EUR увеличаване на използването на възобновяеми енергийни източници от 2018 г. чрез монтаж в община Leżajsk от 1213 ВЕИ инсталации за 2020 г., намаляване на емисиите на CO2 в периода 2019 г.
