Glavni problem koji se ovim projektom želi riješiti je nedovoljna konkurentnost tvrtke Cantabile na domaćem i inozemnom tržištu slastičarstva koja se prvenstveno ogleda u slaboj tržišnoj poziciji i neprepoznatljivosti / nepostojanju brenda tvrtke na ciljanim tržištima smrznutih monoporcija. Glavni uzrok je manjak ciljanih marketinških aktivnosti. Rezultat projekta je povećana konkurentnosti Cantabile na inozemnom tržištu kroz sudjelovanje na međunarodnim sajmovima. Ciljne skupine projekta su: tvrtka Cantabile, zaposlenici tvrtke (50), te svi postojeći klijenti tvrtke Cantabile. (Croatian)
