A challenge that is shared by Slovenia and Italy in the border area is the territorial management system, which is not harmonised and slows down the acquisition of information for an appropriate area management on behalf of public institutions, local, regional and national authorities. The activities of the Program aim at developing a joint model for the management of the area and the creation of guidelines for cross-border territorial management. (English)
