Ce programme, qui fédère le plus grand nombre d'acteurs de l'industrie musicale régionale, rassemble les 7 territoires de l'océan Indien suivants : Programme transfrontalier : Madagascar, Maurice, Seychelles; Programme transnational : Afrique du Sud, Australie, Inde, Tanzanie. This program, which brings together the largest number of players in the regional music industry, brings together the following 7 Indian Ocean territories: Cross-border programme: Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles; Transnational programme: Australia, India, Tanzania, South Africa.
