Projekti peamine eesmärk on suurendada kutsealast aktiivsust 01.01–01.05.2021 ja parandada tööhõive olukorda 25 madala abikõlblikkusega inimese puhul (sealhulgas 15 naist ja 5 OZN) 18–29 aasta jooksul, kes töötavad lühiajaliste lepingute ja tsiviilõiguslike rahutuste alusel (tsiviilseadustikuga seotud) Mazovian vojevoodkonnas kokku Radomi ja Radomi, SzydÅowieckie, Przysuskie ja BiaÅobrzegi piirkonnas (sealhulgas 10os.na maapiirkondi, 10 inimest Radomis, Poolas).
