Farní charita Beroun, významný poskytovatel sociálních služeb v regionu a zkušený realizátor projektů podpořených ze strukturálních fondů, se v projektu zaměřuje jak na rozvoj a profesionalizaci vlastních zaměstnanců, tak na rozvoj samotné organizace. Projekt v pěti KA řeší, na základě doporučení auditora, slabá místa výzvou definovaných pěti oblastí organizace.
