This project aims to develop a new production system to deposit homogeneous protective thin layers on PCBs (Printed circuit board), bio-sensors or industrial sensors. These “Multicouches” will be composed of Parylene deposited by CVDet ceramics (Al2O3, TiO2, etc.) deposited by ALD “Atomic Layer Deposition”.The project will involve multidisciplinary teams bringing together 2 academic partners for general characterisation (Laboratory FEMTO-ST-department MN2S team of BMD deBesançon and CSEM S.A.) and 3 industrial partners (SOCRATE Industrie, Le Bélieu) which will be responsible for the commercialisation of the industrial and industrial sectors.
