Předmětem projektu je průmyslový výzkum a experimentální vývoj zaměřený na oblast diagnostik in vitro, konkrétně na využití rekombinantních alergenů a antigenů v podobě prototypů BAT testů a ELISA souprav pro kvalitativní diagnostiku a monitoring terapie alergologických reakcí pacientů a vybraných bakteriálních infekcí. Výsledné high-tech produkty se vyrovnají parametrům světové špičky, resp. překračují technické parametry známých řešení a budou uvedeny na evropský a světový trh. a. (Czech)

The subject of the project is industrial research and experimental development focused on the field of in vitro diagnostics, namely the use of recombinant allergens and antigens in the form of prototypes of BAT tests and ELISA kits for qualitative diagnostics and monitoring of therapy of allergological reactions of patients and selected bacterial infections. The resulting high-tech products will match the parameters of the world’s top, or exceed the technical parameters of known solutions and will be introduced to the European and world market. a. Le projet porte sur la recherche industrielle et le développement expérimental axés sur le domaine du diagnostic in vitro, à savoir l’utilisation d’allergènes recombinants et d’antigènes sous la forme de prototypes de tests MTD et de kits ELISA pour le diagnostic qualitatif et le suivi du traitement des réactions allergiques des patients et de certaines infections bactériennes. Les produits de haute technologie qui en résulteront seront égaux aux paramètres du leader mondial, ou dépasseront les paramètres techniques des solutions connues et seront introduits sur le marché européen et mondial. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die industrielle Forschung und experimentelle Entwicklung mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Gebiet der In-vitro-Diagnostik, nämlich der Verwendung rekombinanter Allergene und Antigene in Form von BVT-Testprototypen und ELISA-Kits zur qualitativen Diagnose und Überwachung der Therapie allergischer Reaktionen von Patienten und ausgewählten bakteriellen Infektionen. Die daraus resultierenden High-Tech-Produkte werden den Parametern der weltweit führenden Produkte entsprechen oder die technischen Parameter bekannter Lösungen überschreiten und in den europäischen und globalen Markt eingeführt werden. Het onderwerp van het project is industrieel onderzoek en experimentele ontwikkeling gericht op het gebied van in-vitrodiagnostiek, namelijk het gebruik van recombinante allergenen en antigenen in de vorm van BBT-testprototypes en ELISA-kits voor kwalitatieve diagnose en monitoring van de therapie van allergische reacties van patiënten en geselecteerde bacteriële infecties. De resulterende hightechproducten zullen gelijk zijn aan de parameters van ’s werelds grootste of de technische parameters van bekende oplossingen overschrijden en zullen op de Europese en wereldmarkt worden geïntroduceerd. Oggetto del progetto è la ricerca industriale e lo sviluppo sperimentale incentrato sul campo della diagnostica in vitro, vale a dire l'uso di allergeni e antigeni ricombinanti sotto forma di prototipi di test BAT e kit ELISA per la diagnosi qualitativa e il monitoraggio della terapia delle reazioni allergiche dei pazienti e delle infezioni batteriche selezionate. I prodotti high-tech risultanti saranno uguali ai parametri di leader mondiale, o supereranno i parametri tecnici di soluzioni conosciute e saranno introdotti sul mercato europeo e globale. (Italian)
