    The essential problem which has been addressed by the project is the lack of sufficient information about the natural resources and heritage of the CBC region and the opportunities for development of tourists’ services. The main objective of the project is to strengthen the sustainable use of natural heritage and promotion of a complex tourist services in the tourist branch in the CBC region. The budget is 601996,28 euro. The main objective of the project will be achieved via: Implementation of surveys; Development of an application for mobile devices; Organization of joint events and promotional campaign for the target groups-tour operators and agents, tourists, SMEs in the tourism sector, Tourist Information Centers, NGOs, public organizations, medias, interested citizens. Expected results are: identified objects of natural heritage and the supporting infrastructure; developed innovative joint application; Tourist promotion package; joint events /trainings, demo tours, exhibitions/ and promotional campaign. The expected results are directly supporting the achievement of the following Programme indicators: - Increase in expected number of visits to supported sites of cultural and natural heritage and attraction; - 100 visits/2018 and 500/2023; - Number of integrated tourism products/services created–2 integrated tourism products/services: application for mobile devices and Tourism promotion package; - Increasing the number of overnights in the CBC region–1067 overnights.
