This project aims to develop a new production system to deposit homogeneous protective thin layers on PCBs (Printed circuit board), bio-sensors or industrial sensors.These “Multicouches” will be composed of Parylene deposited by CVDet ceramics (Al2O3, TiO2, etc.) deposited by ALD “Atomic Layer Deposition”.The project will involve multidisciplinary teams bringing together 2 academic partners for general characterisation (Laboratory FEMTO-ST-department MN2S team of BMD deBesançon and CSEM S.A.) and 3 industrial partners (SOCRATE Industrie, Le Bélieu) which will be responsible for the commercialisation of the industrial and industrial sectors.
