The aim of the project is to carry out a development and practical testing of teaching content after an examination of the current labour market challenges in the programme region in cooperation with representatives of labour market policy, regional administration and regional employers. Based on the data obtained, a common strategy is being developed to create new and innovative vocational education and training opportunities and training capacities in future key areas of the production industry (industry 4.0, robotics, mechatronics, entrepreneurial thinking). This also includes improving the infrastructure and equipment of participating educational institutions. The target group/beneficiaries of the project are teachers and pupils in technical vocational schools, as well as the labour market actors. The curricula will be tested in pilot training and mutual exchange programmes in both countries, with the first step training the teachers, and then the pupils. (English)

    Ziel des Projektes ist es, nach einer Untersuchung über die aktuellen Herausforderungen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt in der Programmregion in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertretern der Arbeitsmarktpolitik, der Regionalverwaltung und von regionalen Arbeitgebern eine Entwicklung und praktische Erprobung von Lehrinhalten durchzuführen. Auf Grundlage der ermittelten Daten wird eine gemeinsame Strategie ausgearbeitet, neue und innovative Berufsbildungsangebote und Ausbildungskapazitäten in zukünftigen Schlüsselbereichen der Produktionsindustrie (Industrie 4.0, Robotik, Mechatronik, unternehmerisches Denken) zu schaffen. Dies umfasst auch die Verbesserung der Infrastruktur und Ausstattung der teilnehmenden Bildungseinrichtungen. Zielgruppe/Nutznießer des Projektes sind Lehrkräfte und Schüler in technischen Berufsschulen, sowie die arbeitsmarktpolitischen Akteure. Die Curricula werden in Pilotschulungen und gegenseitigen Austauschprogrammen in beiden Ländern erprobt, wobei im ersten Schritt die Lehrkräfte, und dann die Schüler geschult werden. (German)
