The aim of the project is to carry out a development and practical testing of teaching content after an examination of the current labour market challenges in the programme region in cooperation with representatives of labour market policy, regional administration and regional employers. Based on the data obtained, a common strategy is being developed to create new and innovative vocational education and training opportunities and training capacities in future key areas of the production industry (industry 4.0, robotics, mechatronics, entrepreneurial thinking). This also includes improving the infrastructure and equipment of participating educational institutions. The target group/beneficiaries of the project are teachers and pupils in technical vocational schools, as well as the labour market actors. The curricula will be tested in pilot training and mutual exchange programmes in both countries, with the first step training the teachers, and then the pupils. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(German)
