The project presents a systematic interconnection and organization of cultural and social events of partners. The added value of the project is the systematization and strengthening of cooperation of the two cities and intensification of the mutual experience exchange. The primary effect is to further enhance mutual understanding between the organizers (employees of the city halls) and the beneficiaries of the effects of this project (the general public) who will have the chance to learn about the traditions, customs and culture of both of the cities.
