The main objective of this project is the further development/strengthening of the regional partner network with the aim of supporting and developing the small regional cross-border cooperation in the new program period 2021-2027. In this context, it comes to the elaboration of SPF strategy for the period 2021-2027 in the Czech-Austrian borderland and to the preparation of the documents for the orientation and implementation of the new SPF. The elaboration of the SPF 2021+ strategy is the starting condition for the application submission for the new SPF into the future cross-border cooperation program. The SPF Strategy 2021+ will deal with conducting a socio-economic analysis of the program area and drafting thematic areas for the future SPF that will have the greatest added value for the development of the border area. Within the framework of the strategy, the SPF action plan, objectives and draft thematic areas including the financial framework of individual small-scale projects will be prepared, with the consideration of basic SPF conditions on the Czech-Austrian border in the program period 2021-. 2027. The main result of the project is the strengthening/development of the partner network, especially with regard to the further functioning of the SPF, and the support of cross-border cooperation of communities and institutions. The strategy SPF 2021+, which will be elaborated within the project by the external service provider based on the tender, will define possibilities of a new orientation of the SPF. The project partners will jointly prepare the documentation for the tender, which will define the framework of the methodological procedure for the development of the strategy. As a publicity measure, the strategy will be published on the partner's homepage and in IBOX of the INTERREG program. All these outputs will comply with the publicity rules of the INTERREG V-A AT-CZ program (workshops, invitations, minutes, questionnaires, etc.). (English)
